I came in because of the reviews, and so will leave my own. The place is small and cozy, with good music playing, and festive decor (its Halloween season and theres an eight ball in the glass cake holder and burnt orange leaves adorning their baked goods display and mini pumpkins on every table). Their menu is inventive, with Lavender London Fog and Spicy Mexican Mocha which are very hard to find in the city. (Ive walked to several coffee shops in the neighborhood looking for a good London Fog latte and no one knows what it is or how to make it and I wound up teaching the baristas at every place.) I ordered the spicy mocha with almond milk and it cost about $6.50 which is a bit, I know, but hear me out: how much would a fancy latte be at Starbucks? 4.50 easily, maybe 5. Plus the cost of milk substitute, maybe 5.50. And they dont have Organic almond milk. And they dont make a spicy drink, as bomb as the Mexican spiced mocha. So for $1 more youre supporting an independently owned authentic and inventive coffee shop, which invests in quality ingredients (every milk type is organic!). So if youre just getting a regular latte it would be with organic milk at no extra charge. So do I think its worth the Sunday treat to have a nice coffee at a nice place with quality ingredients? Yes, yes I do. Because Im worth it, and so are you. ✌️️❤️

My husband and I went earlier today. we had a horrible experience. This one guy said under his breathe saying what are they doing here? Like excuse me? My husband and I look young but we are extremly educated and my husband was in the military. The part that was even worst when we asked where do we put the plates and the cups that we just used; The man in the front with the beard said you guys could bring it to the front. It was so strange and not professional at all.Are you serious arent you guys suppose to give us great customer service. I almost dropped the cup bringing it to the front because there were so many people there. It was our first time there. My husband and I were born in America and we have hispanic heritage in our dna; which we are extremly proud of. I truly believe that it doesnt matter where your from everyone should be treated equally and because of this my husband and I will never come back or tell our family and friends about this place.

Cute place, but on the pricier side generally, and particularly for the outer boroughs, but by less than a dollar over what Id expect. Its small but a comfortable place to hang out for a bit. Interestingly theres a seating time limit, which means its not a place to hunker down and work, but thats fine. Along those lines, theres wifi in weekdays but no screens on weekends. They have some interesting specialty drinks in the menu, like a lavender London fog. Their chai is from a boxed concentrate, unfortunately. The cortado is good--bitter for the first sip or two, but good after that. The barista who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. They take credit cards for any amount with a Square machine or the equivalent. I had a little time to pass in the neighborhood, and my googling didnt turn up an abundance of this kind of place, so its nice that its here. I asked and was told that theyve been here for about 2.5 years.

The best things in life are unexpected. Such was my discovery of this fine little Queens cafe. It was lunchtime on a very springlike April Monday, and I needed some exceptional coffee to go with the exceptional meal Id packed -- and lo and behold, thats just what I found at the OK. Attracted to its sun-struck benches, I went inside and ordered some of their cold-brew, and found it to be the best Ive ever tasted. It wasnt especially cheap (though only par for NYC coffee), but it was wholly worth it, especially as I sat and ate and drank and read on a long, leisurely lunch hour on the sunny bench -- perfect! Whats more, the folks there were warm and friendly (and there was even a bathroom!). I had zero problems with this coffee shop, and if Im ever back in Queens, theyll see me there once more. Big thanks to everyone associated with this business. Keep up the good work :)

I really enjoy this place! It has the best matcha tea latte known to man. However this place has the tendency to "make up prices". For example, I buy the samething every time I decide to stop in for the iced matcha tea latte. One day I pay $4.25 two days later I buy the same drink for $5.44. I am conscious of these type of things, I thought of saying something to the employee but then again there lattes are too good to argue with. But please explain this to me!, is there market price for this item that changes day to day or do they just make up prices based on how they feel that day? Thanks, I mean no harm Im just curious hope someone can answer my question. Otherwise I really recommend this place.

What a sweet little gem! Delicious chai lattes and other fun teas have all have been top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and everything seems really well thought-out and authentic. Prices are a little high, especially for a specialty milk like almond, but I appreciate the imagination and sincerity of this place, so I try to go every time I visit my sister in Astoria.

The best of all the coffee shops that have popped up in Astoria lately. This small shop has pretty much any coffee-based drink you desire, including three varieties cold brew - and its all organic. During the week there at limits WiFi use, and no electronic use is permitted on weekends, if you feel a need to get away from technology for a while.

Coffee was OK as the name of the cafe suggests. Serving Counter Culture Coffee brewed on a Fetco batch brewer. Not really special going on here. The place is OK. Ha ha. They also have obnoxious signs on the tables limiting you to 45 mins. I understand people want to allow space for customers but seriously not cool bros.

I thought Ive already raved over this place but I guess not. Great coffee, great espresso and espresso drinks, fabulous finger snack selection (gluten free and vegan options always there) and everyone who works there is the best. I walk in at least twice a week and sometime twice a day. I can not sing higher praises.

Very expensive but the best peppermint mocha Ive ever had. The gal at the counter was super nice and helpful, asked what type of milk (which I really appreciate she didnt assume, like St*****ks does, since I have a mild lactose allergy). Cozy little coffee shop. Would definitely return!!

The guy that works behind the counter is rude!!! My fiance had a question about our order and he disregard her and said that is what you ordered. That is no way to talk to someone. What ever happened to customer service?!?! Will not be going back

My gf and i got two mochas ,and those were hands down worst coffees that we got ever! mine had horrible taste (it was supposed to be mocha) and her caramel mocha had nothing close to it...staff was super nice but coffee was awful

Great little cafe, nice ambiance, very friendly staff. Very clean and they use quality equipment. They have high quality coffee and tea as well as good pastries. Reasonably priced considering the quality of what they offer.
