That female manager with the blonde hair looks like a dyke. Is the reason i will never buying anything or step foot in that white plains buffalo wings again. Me in my friends order like almost 40 wing and friends to enjoy after a soccer game. We got to the place and decided we might just stay and chill. We came they give us a table we already order so the waitress say they will bring them to the table. Another one came out of nowhere and think if she serve us that we would tip her cause we order early. So she call the manager to make sure if she serve us shes gonna get tip. The manager came over saying if my server serve u. You guys better tip her, we are not playing games. I was shock and ask her u do want to serve me because you not sure if im going to tip you. Me and my friends stood up throw a few dollar on the table . cancel the order and get my 100 dollar back i was going to waste in that place. I advise everyone that if anywhere else sales wing go there. Because if those savage are what represent that restaurant you dont to be in their presence. I know we were racially profile a group of black college age youngman we cant afford food. Wow i guess they figure us out pretty well. Ill make sure ill spread the word nicely racist bunch.

I dont know who answers the phone in the White Plains, NY location but they have been rude over the phone twice within a week. I once called for a pick up order last weekend, and I heard the girl wrong. She obnoxiously in a loud tone yelled back "I SAID HOLD ON. " I hung up because I did not want to give my money to a location that was rude. Tonight I called at 6pm at the same location and a female voice answered without saying "Hello" or "Merry Christmas." She literally picked up the phone and screamed "Were CLOSED" and hung up. Im sure the calls are screened. You can track the call and see. If we ever answered the phone like that to our clients even after hours, we would be written up.I cant imagine who else deals with this woman. If you dont like your job then quit. Customers dont deserve the rude attitude and your location doesnt deserve to be represented by a disgusting person.

Buffalo wild wings is a fine chain, usually you know what youre getting when you walk through the door. Unfortunately, at this BWW, there is one big difference from the normal experience: the service. When we walked in, there werent that many people in the restaurant, yet getting our orders taken took an eternity and even longer to get brought to our food. When we finally got our receipt, there was an error on it, which took several minutes from our aggrieved server to fix. Overall the food and big TVs are good for sports fans, but the service just isnt worth it. The restaurant is in a former bank, so getting to sit in the former vault was a surreal experience.

This WW location is in a good place for fast food, good happy hour prices and food, but I HIGHLY suggest waiting until after the mad-dinner-hour rush, as it was particularly busy the last time I was in there. Service, as expected, was slow when practically every table was at capacity on the first floor, so if you are looking for a fast(er) meal around 5-7pm, I suggest sitting at the bar and ordering a beer or two before grabbing a table. And, because Im from Buffalo, I suggest getting the real chicken wings with a good ole fashion hot sauce on the menu. Or, just come and visit Buffalo New York for some real wings! :)

The general manager never gave my group his name when he spoke to us, but he seemed like a Chad so well go with that. Chad is the kind of guy who is immediately upset that hes as tall standing as his customers are while theyre seated. Chad is the kind of guy who lost his entire lifes savings because he invested in Vemma. Chad overall is an angry guy who would rather walk away from customers feeling that he made a stand handling a situation with any rational behavior. Good on you Chad.

Horrible service! Waited to be seated, there were no booths available so they sat us on a table and when a booth became available we asked to be moved they said ok, they didnt clean it, and after we moved to the booth they asked us to move back to the table to clean the booth every employee had a terrible attitude and were paying more attention to the games on the tv. It took us forever to get their attention from the moment we walked in the door.

Came here on a day when it was relatively empty so we had speedy service and the food came out quickly. Its a nice spot to hang, grab a few beers, chow down and watch the game either alone or with friends. I enjoy boneless wings or dry rub wings with bones. I had a bad experience in multiple locations, more than once where the wings felt slimy and it turned me off, so I just stay away from those. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Very dissatisfied. I get the same thing every time I go to B-dubs. So I know what its supposed to like. When the waitress brought my good out she says its right and shows me the receipt. After a little back and forth, the manager tells me that the salad has changed a long time ago. BS, I GOT THE SAME EXACT SALAD LESS THEN A MONTH A AGO. this place is always messing up my order. I guess its hard to find good help these days.

The restaurants allergy information is dangerously inaccurate. They use one fryer for the breaded foods, the fries and the chips! Beware if you have gluten issues! They seem so ahead of it all listing allergy information on their website but they list the chicken wings, fries and chips a gluten free and they are all fried in the same oil as the chicken tenders. Its inexcusable.

Take out Honey Barbecue wings extremely over done! hard time chewing and skin so tough it was like trying to chew pebbles. This is the third time but other times eat in and the wings were great, but the table service sucks. There will not be a fourth take out for me. Very disappointed with my $28.00 food investment .

Horrible and rude customer service! I called asking what time they were open until. Guy yelled and said 1AM! Like cmon man... seriously?? Food is dry as hell anyways and sucks. Dont come here! You people gotta seriously hire better people. No wonder why your reviews are bad because the customer service is horrible.

This was probably the worst eating experience I have ever had in my entire life. The food was cheap and disgusting. It wasnt enjoyable at all because it was too loud, the staff are rude and slow. If you want to die from food poisoning, eat here. There was also no room to vape the dank vapes. Smh very disappointed.

Not as large as expected, having been to the one in Nyack, but still roomy none the less. Never a disappointment. Wait staff is friendly and helpful when suggesting things similar to your liking. TVs with more sports on them then you know to watch. A nice addition to Mamaroneck Avenue.
