Went to Bar Harbor for Sunday brunch with my family. My disabled dad had trouble sitting, wasnt feeling well. No one offered to help him to the table. Our order was taken by a very rude and impatient server. We waited close to an hour for our food (party of 19 people slowed down service, I was told). I complained to the manager, who apologized, but did nothing to correct the situation. Once the meal finally arrived, I couldnt even enjoy it. I wish I had listened to my dad when he said we should leave.

After waiting 45 min after our order was taken for dinner and we still hadnt received our food, we left and went home. No explanation was given for the delay apart from a hurried "Your food will be ready in 5-10 min 35 min after we ordered. I have never been treated so poorly in my life

Terrible i will never go back again the bartender was the absolute worst paid no attention to me whatsover. I ordered a beer and wanted to order food bit he was ro busy bullshittiing with his regulars.

I went this afternoon with my kids an girlfriend, and I must say the food was excellent and Ernie was the most pleasurable waiter ever. I will definitely go back!
