I stopped by on Tuesday, July 27, 2016 at the 250 Main Street, restaurant in White Plains for a bite to eat. The first thing that assailed my ears was the awful racket being made by that horrible music they were blasting over the speakers. I was hungry so I sat at the end of the bar. The bar top was filthy and I asked the bartender if he had a wet rag to wipe up the food that was stuck to the bar. He couldnt find a rag and it took about 15 minutes for him to find one clean the surface. I ordered a burger and a beer. The waiter was friendly, but the noise behind the bar was awful. Loud dropping of dishes and glasses, and its probably not a good idea for the staff to be dissing their bosses in front of a customer, as these employees were doing. There was a medium sized brass bell above my head and an employee walked by and rang it. My ears are still ringing from the noise as I write. The burger and fries, however, were good, but the salt and pepper shakers were greasy, sticky and all around gross to handle. The manager had better instruct her or his employees to keep the menus and the condiment containers clean. The floor was also a mess. Aside from the food, the restaurant was noisy and uncomfortable and I wouldnt go back to Fridays again for anything or anybody even if they gave me the food for free.

I was a loyal customer up until the way i was treated tonight by a male bartender. I went in by myself had dinner at the bar and a beer. I went to order a second beer and they brought me a large glass half full. I waited 15 minutes and I finally said whats the problem. He said we are all out of Bud Light. I can give you a Coors light. I said I am sorry but I dont drink that. He had the audacity to want to charge a good consistent customer for a half a glass of beer How insulting.! I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. Then he proceeded to talk about me to another bartender right in front of me. I typically deal with a bartender named Francis who is terrific but unfortunately she was extremely busy. I felt this male bartender (and i should have his name on my receipt ) was very unprofessional and not accommodating. Fridays just lost a customer!

I can overlook things, like the menu pages falling off the binding and being stained. Im easy and dont mind most things. Ive had great experiences in the past at Fridays. This was my first visit to this location, being that Im here for work, and will be my last. The wait wasnt my main problem. But being ignored for nearly half an hour while wait staff makes eye contact and walks by you thats frustrating. The restaurant was nearly empty, more staff than diners, and I had an open menu with no drink. Several times I made eye contact with staff who then chose to quickly look the other way, couldnt be bothered to help. So no, the wait wasnt the main issue, it was being purposely ignored. I left and did the Asian place upstairs instead.

Ive been to this restaurant three times and each time there have been consistent mistakes with drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. My wife and sister-in-law and I werent even going to go back after the second time but one of the managers offered us a free meal. We went back there for the free meal and again there were mistakes with drinks, appetizers, and meals. The servers dont circulate well, even when the restaurant is not that busy, and they arent always the friendliest. The manager on duty that evening knew about our free meal, and after sitting us down never came back. Never going back there again.

This restaurant is hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The waitress was rude, inconsiderate and provided the worst customer service. I have never reviewed a restaurant before but this was so bad I had to. Usually youre supposed to be nice to the customers and not seem like its an inconvenience to help them. Order was wrong took 30 minutes to correct. Another 30 for a side of ranch which came with unidentified objects in it, so gross. No apologies from awful waitress.

I have to echo a lot of the comments here and I hope the manager reads them. Takeout is fine and the food is pretty good. However the service and attitude is abysmal. Im not gonna waste my time elaborating too much, but the ladies up front are all chatting with each other and not keeping track of how the customers are doing. Orders are often messed up. The music is bad and way too loud when there are not many people there.

Was seated. A waiter or waitress did not come for 40 minutes to take an order. Wasnt even able to ask for a water because a waiter did not come to our table. I left the restaurant after 40 minutes! Very unprofessional, where you have workers just walking around and they notice on my face that Im not happy with waiting for 30-40 minutes to take my order. No one even asked if I wanted a drink. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

Waited for about 30 mins to get our server. Finally i got up and i told them. One of the other servers from another section came over and took our order. He apologized and gave us the drinks for free. He also said no one told any servers about our table. Unacceptable, if they are doing their job they should be looking around and see if they see new people. Never again!

I really dont know why I continuously come here. Every time I come there I takes at least 15 minutes for a server to come acknowledge you and take your drink order (even if its not busy). Extremely slow service every single time. Today it was so long I walked out without even receiving my food. Next time Ill just travel a little farther to go to the one in scarsdale

The only thing i liked in this place was the beer and that i could get right across the street for cheaper. The food was nasty and cold you could tell that someone just threw some wings in a microwave and dropped it off at your table. My waiter was a jerk and didnt care to ask if we needed anything. Do not waste your time just go to fie guys around the block.

Ive had very mixed experiences here. A few times Ive had great, friendly and fast service. The other times, Ive been far less lucky. On several occasions we had to flag someone down to even get a server. Service was slow, bad or both. On each occasion with poor service the restaurant wasnt even busy so I dont know what their excuse is. Its very hit or miss.

Consistently the staff here have proven to me that they were, in fact, born yesterday. Unattentive, slow, seemingly dont care about the customer in the slightest. Order constantly wrong, things missing on the order, slow service. Much better off going to the one in Yonkers, or really, any other restaurant.
