At first I ordered from there a lot the one time they forgot an item I called to say something to me and the women on the phone was rude, yelling at me, and arguing with me about my food. I was so upset but I figured maybe it was a bad day oh no it was not the case it is all around the service they are not very personable they do not care about their customers satisfaction at all I just ordered a coupe days ago and they screwed my food up and gave me the wrong thing I asked for rice they gave me lomein. I called and was very nice about it and told them they had made a mistake and oh my the lady got so rude with me about it and told me after 10 minutes of aruging with me that she will replace it. She then called me back and told me that I cant get my food unless I pick it up I couldnt go get it that is why I had it delivered. I payed for my food that they screwed up on and the lady was just horrible so I asked to speak with the guy there and he gave me my correct order and told me I could have a credit for next time well no that isnt happening either I just called and the lady flipped out on me and told me I was stupid!!!!!!!!! So I will never ever again order from there and I will never refer someone to that place either it is just awful. I hope your order is correct if not omg dont bother.

We ordered delivery from a local hotel in Calcium. After an hour and a half, we called to check on the status of our food and were assured that it was on its way. 30 mins later, still no food. We made a second call to the restaurant and they indicated they would call the driver. Within minutes, the delivery guy was at our door. The driver had no idea why the food took two hours to arrive and indicated he was just notified to send it out. Bill was $23 and change. I handed him $30 and he asked if I wanted any change. I did indeed but he wasnt exactly equipped with anything but what he had in his personal wallet. Luckily he had $6 on him. The order was, of course, missing two pork egg rolls so, a third call went out to the restaurant with assurances that they would get them right out to us. The good news is that the delivery guy was back within 5 min. The bad news is that they sent spring rolls instead of what was ordered. Overall, the food was very disappointing as well. Very bland and not made to our requests for extra spicy. The chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice was very fatty or processed and the Sweet and Sour Chicken was tough/rubbery. I would not recommend this establishment. Maybe a bad day for them but there were just too may problems for me to believe that.

Whatever you do, do NOT eat here!!! My daughter, girlfriend and I all got sick. They do not take care of their business. It looks so gross in there and all the employees look like they wipe themselves with their hands and then handle the food. I was puking all night last night and my daughter was saying her belly hurt. The food was disgusting and they have no customer satisfaction. I have just reported them to the NY State Health Department. Disgusting...... If you like living, do NOT EAT AT 2000 CHINESE in Watertown, NY because it is very possible that you will get E. Coli.

The worst Chinese food in town. No flavor and even worse there was long black hair in 3 thats right 3 of my dishes! When I called to have them come pick up the food and give me my cash back. They dug through the food on my front porch looking for the hair, essentially calling me a liar. Only to take the food and not give me my money back. I had to go to the restaurant to get it back. Awful!!!

here it is a couple years since someone posted and nothing has changed. The last two times we ordered they forgot an item. We called to inform them but we decided not to make a fuss, let the first one slide, everyone makes mistakes. But after the second time we complained. Their solution was "next time we give you two". There wont be a next time! food was good, but not the service.

The food is good but often overcooked. The restaurant is very close to my house so I order from here all the time. But what concerns me though is that every time I have walked in the store or have called to order, there are young toddlers, and even sometimes infants, in the kitchen where the food is being prepared. Not at all sure if that is safe for the children or the customers.

Usually awesome service. However tonight the employee that took our order placed crab Rangoon on the order instead of the Pu Pu Platter we actually ordered. When we called they wanted us to pay to correct the order! Not a good business decision, will never order from here again

Waited on our food for an hour. We live less than 3 miles away from the restaurant. When it got here it was cold and the driver was too stoned to know what was going on. Just opening the door for him made my whole house smell like marijuana afterwards.

They have the best food in watertown! I will only order from them. My son loves thier crab sticks. I have never had any problems with them and its been almost 2 years that I have been ordering from them :-)

About the best delivery on Fort Drum, good food, ok delivery time (30-45 minutes normally, rarely but on occasion 1-2 hours), great price. Free delivery over 15 dollars, free pint of fried rice over 18.

Fastest delivery Ive had yet, best chinese around. It doesnt have the high msg on the foods which is a biggie to me. Also in the restaurant all of the employees are very friendly and fun to talk to.

Ample portions. Eat in or take out. Convenient to order if you already need something in the plaza. Meals generally take about 10 minutes. Watch your bill, we were overcharged on two items.

The grease for some food tasted old, we didnt get everything we ordered that was specifically on the receipt. All and all, I have had better Chinese food.
