THESES ARE THE NASTIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I CALLED TO ASK FOR THE MANAGER BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS SHORTED FOR THE THIRD TIME AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME FOUR TIMES!!!! I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY PROBLEMS WERE NOT HIS PROBLEMS AND THAT I WAS A NASTY CUSTOMER (I ALWAYS TIP TWO TO THREE DOLLARS ON A TEN DOLLAR ORDER). HE THEN SAID IF I HAD ISSUES I SHOULD TAKE BETTER CARE OF MYSELF?!?!? I HAD TOLD HIM MY HUSBAND HAD PASSED AWAY AND I DONT LEAVE THE HOUSE VERY OFTEN, BUT I DID NOT EXPECT THEM TO BRING ME A SODA (WHICH WAS MISSING) BUT MERELY GIVE ME A SMALL CREDIT TO MAKE UP FOR THE THREE TIMES MY ORDERS WERE SHORT HE TOLD ME TO CALL 311 AND NOT TO BOTHER HIM BECAUSE HE WAS BUSY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...HING LONG IS RIGHT UP THE ROAD AND THE FOOD IS JUST AS GOOD AND THEY WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF JUST TO POCKET AN EXTRA DOLLAR OR TWO WITH EACH ORDER!

Awful place. Their attitudes are horrible and their prices dont make sense. Stay away there is so much more food in the area. Their menu will say 4.95 for broccoli and rice and they will try and charge 8.50 and say it comes with a soda and to sub the white rice for plain fried rice they will charge 3.75 on top of the 4.95 meal which comes with rice and only give you one rice with broccoli. Place is pathetic then they will argue with you while making no sense. Rip off and nasty people. I will not be returning do yourself the favor of never stepping foot in. Let me not forget theyll argue the combo is cheaper meanwhile its 8.50 for the combo and 4.95 for the regular. Because they want to charge over 9 dollars to sub rice. Disgusting service, and food is nothing special either.

This establishment has terrible delivery and etiquette. I called to place and order and the guy who picked up the phone was terribly rude . And then when I placed the order the lady said 30-45 minute wait time . I DIDNT GET MY FOOD UNTIL OVER AN HOUR. If this is the speed that theyre going to be happy with , then they need a new person.

The food is totally on point. I always receive it fresh and hot, however, the man I order from early in their hours is always brusque and rude as well as the delivery man I get. I tip well but I think their attitudes need an overhaul. I will keep giving them my business For the food though. Really cant go wrong there.

There food was plated well and they make really 4 star quality food but it cant compete with Sit in Chinese food but its the best take Ive had that taste great with presentation and taste buds. THEY FOOD COLLABORATES WITH MY TASTE BUDS :-D
