Terrible service. I couldnt understand her English because of her accent. I asked politely "Sorry?" and she shouted at me. And the worst thing is that she said something in Chinese while she was on the phone, very roughly. I guess she was complaining about me. I feel really bad even I havent started eat yet.

the food is fantastic but the major problem they have is with the delivery man, he wants to tell you what amount of tip to give him, brings your food when its cold and he is very disrespectful, make you scared to order dont know if he spit in it or do anyother thing that can harm you

Overcharged me and when I took off a water from my order she said that they dont deliver to my house because its too far. Seems like they feel that they can treat customers any type of way. The woman was also extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Worst service ever

I called to place an order for delivery and was told "sorry too far" When I put the address in my gps its shows that I am 0.8 miles(169-30 Baisley Blvd)from the restaurant less than one mile maybe they only deliver next door or across the street from them

I ordered General Tsoa white meat chicken and it was the most horrible looking and tasting meet i have ever had. This is clearly not chicken but instead a genetically modified nonesense. $13 later and the food is in in the garbage.

I found a piece of hair in my Lo Mein one time. I decided not to eat that night. But its still good. I dont expect them to look through every noodle but just check cause I almost swallowed it.

terrible costumer service, hung up the phone when I asked for the price, wont stop calling my phone after I cancelled the order. Wouldnt recommend them. This is not the first time.
