WORST EXPERIENCE AT A PIZZERIA EVER!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !! FIRST OFF THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE AN AIR CONDITION UNIT THE WHOLE MONTH OF JUNE IS DISGUSTING MEANING THEIR CUSTOMERS SWEAT LIKE THEIR WORKERS... CAME IN HERE WITH A FRIEND AND I DONT KNOW WHETHER THE CLEANLINESS OR SERVICE WAS WORSE... I HAVE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT THAT ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS OF THE OWNER OF CRISPY PIZZA A DUMP THEY CALL A PIZZERIA OFF RICHMOND TERR. I WALKED IN HERE WITH A FRIEND THE GIRL TOOK HIS ORDER THEN WENT ON TO DO SOMETHING ELSE NOT ASKING ME ANYTHING ....IF I WAS BEING HELPED OR ANYTHING FIRST STRIKE.... FLIES WHERE EVERYWHERE INSIDE THE PIZZERIA ...SECOND STRIKE .. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT WHEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER WALKED IN SHE COMPLETELY DISREGARDING ME TRYING TO ORDER THERE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND HELPED SOME ONE WHO JUST WALKED IN ... ONCE MY FRIEND SPOKE UP TO TELL HER THAT WHATS SHES ONE WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT DID NOT EVEN GIVE NOTICE THAT A CUSTOMER WAS SITTING THERE FOR 20 MIN TRYING TO ORDER....INSTEAD OF TELLING ME "SORRY WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU "? SHE HELPED THE CUSTOMER THAT CAME IN BEHIND ME GAVE ME THIS CLUELESS LOOK THEN ASKED WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU AFTER 45 MIN OF WAITING THERE .... I WOULD NOT GIVE A DIME TO THIS PLACE ITS A DUMP FOR A PIZZERIA I RATHER MAKE PIZZA AT MY OWN HOME THEN TO GO TO A DUMP THEY CALL A PLACE OF BUSINESS P.S IT WAS THE SHORT YOUNG GIRL MONDAY AROUND 2PM THAT HAD SUCH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND WAY OF TREATING & IGNORE CUSTOMERS... Unfortunately, the pizza from Crispy is not as good as when it first opened a few years ago. Still, its better than most in the area, so I gave it another try. I ordered through where you eat and for the special instructions for the marinara pie, i wrote "well done, not burned." For the buffalo wings I wrote "mild, please." These notes are even on the receipt I got when the food was delivered. The marinara pie was tasty and without all the garlic that gets piled on by so many pizza chefs these days. Unfortunately, it was just about cooked. In itself, that would not have been a reason to complain. However, the buffalo wings, while not mouth burning, were definitely not mild. My kids couldnt eat them. So I called. Like the delivery guy, the woman who answered the phone was friendly but unhelpful, She made no comment to my complaint about the undercooked pizza and went so far as to say that the wings were mild, after I had just told her they werent. Her manager did not come to the phone to speak with me. Food mediocre. Service awful.

ve personally been a crispys customer since they opened up about 3 yrs ago. I have always recommended crispy not only for their tasteful extra cheese pies or for their slamming cheese calzons but also for their time frame; theyre always on time and the food is piping hot, fresh! Theyre friendly, courteous and it may be the owner over the phone idk but hes a bug out! Mistakes happen but not intentionally, just that theyre soo busy and its ok because the right order is being dropped off quicker than the first call in or you get credited for next time. Ohh and not like other places that take the first order back! Im sad after soo many deliveries im perhaps alil out of their zone since i moved, but that, im not certain of. I would deff make it my business to order for pick up if they are! Ohh and i have called like a bad habbit on a sunday 20mins literally before closing and the guy drops my food off on his way home :D point is I LOVE ME SOME

Actually closer to Snug Harbor then New Brighten, A great treat when visiting Snug Harbor, They have the best Vodka Sauce I tasted in a long time, I tried their Vodka pie, one of my faves. The Cheese Steak and buffalo chicken pies were also great, Crispy but not heavy and oily. Best pizza I tasted in a long time. Worth the trip to Snug Harbor for a great pizza. The Pasta dishes are great as well, had the Penne with Grilled Chicken and Vodka Sauce, finger licking good.

Cripys pizza is probably one of the best if not the best pizza ive ever eaten on staten island. The pizza is so yummy, and the honey bbq wings are my favorite thing on the menu along with the nutella pie which is a definite MUST ORDER. The staff is very welcoming and nice and the pizzeria itself is very clean. Loved everything about this pizzeria. I highly recommend trying out their Delicious food.

I ordered from them 3 times and every time was an issue with delivery. I tell them to call me because my bell doesnt work, but they dont call until they are back in the shop. I still paid for the food cold twice. This third time they got very nasty on the phone both the delivery guy and the person working the phones, they can keep that order. Never again will I order from them!

Being a pizza fanatic, I am willing to travel far and wide for the perfect slice of pizza. After all my pizza adventures it has come to my attention that Crispy pizza is the place to be. Little did I know, I didnt have to travel very far. With the best slices in town, a warm and friendly staff, and unbeatable prices, Crispy pizza has become my second home.

This place is amazing!! The pizza has the perfect sauce to cheese ratio going, and of coarse its crispy!! I also highly recommend the wings. Im going to have to agree with everyone else here the staff makes you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know, try it out I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

Dropped by this weekend to pick up a few pies for the Giants game. A friend recommended it and I thought Id give it a shot. The pies were great and all my friends enjoyed them. I only got to try the classsic cheese as my friends attacked the other pies. It was excellent!! Friendly staff and quick turnaround.

The young woman working behind the counter around 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013 acted like she couldnt care less about service. She was busy counting money when I came in, which is fine, but then was rude to me when she finished. I will order pizza somewhere else.

The pizza is ok. The experience would have been better if they werent playing the explicit version of songs. We had a very young child with us. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter. She apologized and turned it down but not off. It was still audible.

One of my favorite places to order from. I really like their fried calamari and chicken franchese dinner. Their buffalo and veggie pizza are really good too. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes their pizza is soggy. But overall Im happy when I order from here.

We have ordered here a few times and have absolutely enjoyed the pasta dishes from here. As with most pizzerias in New York, you have a wide variety of options to choice from. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Enjoy your favorite soccer game while you eat.
