So far weve been here more than an hour and havent received 2 burgers and a breadless sandwich. A bartender took our drink orders because our waitress was nowhere to be found. One of the people in our group had to get her drink from the bar herself, because she didnt want it getting watered down and got tired of looking at it. We asked the waitress Lisa how long for our food, her response was "sorry, Ill go check" and proceeded to walk to 2 other tables before walking away. 10 minutes later she walked right by our table without even looking at us, let alone giving us an explanation to why it was taking so long for such a simple order. Our waitress Lisa was without a doubt, the WORST server/waitress Ive ever encountered. I can say will 100% certainty, that because of this experiance, I wont be returning to ANY Red Robin. As they say, first impressions are the most important, and this place failed misserably. If there was anyway that I could give this place zero stars, it would still be a very generous rating.

4/2/2014 (7:00 pm) I was always told to give honor where honor is due. Thank you so much to Sam Eramus (the manager) and Rob (my waiter) from the Red Robin in Secaucus, New Jersey. Due to the awesome service, I must be brief about the issue. “So what,” my meal was not perfect the first round; however, my waiter, Rob, quickly alerted the manager, Sam Eramus. Sam Eramus addressed the issue in such a well-spoken and comical manner that I was so convinced that the issue was so minor. The point being service was excellent especially with a manager that can identify with the customer, share a laugh & rectified the problem. Sam I hope your manager gives you a raise or praise. By the way, I have never written a review for any restaurant; but, the RED ROBIN manager and waiter made my day.

If I could give no stars I would. Let me paint the picture. We arrive and are brought to a dirty table. Meanwhile, the restaurant is empty. Get seated at another table. We order our drinks and food ( 3whiskey BBQ burgers and a southern charm along with an order of onion rings). It took us 45 minutes to receive our food and when we did our order wasnt right. We asked for the manager and told her about our order and how we heard her kitchen staff cursing in the back and messing around. Our food is brought back to us, unchanged. The manager seemed as if this was normal, but thanked us for informing her. She compted our meal, but we left hungry and completely dissatisfied. Thanks for the stale bread, overdone burger, no onion straws and forgetting the BBQ sauce. Epic fail.

Me and a friend came here to watch football because Buffalo Wild Wings was packed. This place is awesome. The atmosphere is very relaxed, theyve got TVs set up to watch the games, it wasnt packed and insane which is great. The staff is chill and friendly, theyre not your typical annoying family restaurant servers who are unnaturally cheerful. Our server got everything right and made himself visible if we needed anything. The food was great. My friend said his burger was awesome, and my chicken sandwich was great too. My only issue is that the menu doesnt feature more of a selection. I was really craving nachos but they only have "Tortillas with salsa." Bummer. Will definitely go here again. Getting a burger next time.

Wouldnt go back . Went on Sunday about 1pm was sitted quickly . Our waitress Michelle seemed bothered as if she didnt want to be at work , not one smile and just unpleasant! Our fried pickles were super soft n soggy HOOTERS FP way better . Fried shrimp was soggy and had no seasoning , and my husbands burger was drenched in bbq so much the bread was soggy as well . back to Michelle , well she rarely checked on us but when we did get her attention for a soda, it came and once again unpleasant look on her face , she forgot our straw asked her about 5 mins later when we got her attention again long story short never got our straw . Bottom line i shouldve went to outback across the street or something smh !

If you love cheese burgers, dont go here. Been here a few times, each time has been disappointing. You will end up with one or a combination of these things: Stale bread, burnt to a crisp meat, flavorless meal or they will get your order wrong. The food quality is hardly "gourmet" and never tastes fresh. I should also mention that the onion rings are pretty good, but I didnt go there for onion rings. I go there hoping to get a good burger, which ends up being some burnt slab of flavorless meat. You can tell their product is garbage when all of their sandwiches come smothered in mayonnaise or bbq sauce to try to add ANY sort of flavor to it.

The food was cold, the server had an attitude. When we asked for drinks or more fries, the would act as if she was annoyed. My sons burger was almost burnt, mine was pink and I asked for well done. The chicken my wife ate was cold. This is our first time at this establishment. We have been to other Red Robin restaurants and the experience was totally different. The manager did come to the table and fixed the situation but we ended up taking the food home because by the time the order came back we werent really hungry. No interaction whatsoever.

Food was good. I ordered the Blue Ribbon burger (good) w the Garlic Herb Fries (not so great)... our server Jordan was really nice BUT food took sooooo long to come out. My kids were served first, which took about 15-20mins to come out (not bad) but then my husband and I waited about another 30 mins or so for our food. Restaurant NEEDS cleaning, especially under the tables (disgusting). Our Freckled Strawberry Limeade was watery (this is what i look forward to when we go to ANY RR and unfortunately was VERY disappointed.

Took our orders food came back 45 min cold! Waitress never comes have to go into kitchen to ask for help. Bathroom filthy hand dryer broken no paper towels 1 roll toilet paper for all the stalls. Desert was ice solid frozen cheesecake with all the table full of dirty dishes. Told blonde manager gave dirty look and walked away. For a one hundred dollar meal with my family it was mission impossible. Dont go here its a nightmare. Oh and themac and cheese burger had 6 noodles on it Ugh!!!!

The waitress Jessica hardly paid attention to us.. It took more than a half hour for our slop to come out at which time my soda was empty and she didnt even ask if we were on and if we needed anything else. We had to ask another waitress to get us refills. We waited another half hour for our check to come.. The roll of my burner was stale and the burger was flavorless. I asked for xtra cheese but didnt get it and the lettuce was limp and the sandwich was sloppy.. It was nasty.

I always go to the one and clifton and they never let me down i tried this one in secaucus and it was a total disappointment (i ordered and picked up didnt eat in). they didnt do anything i specified. Food was cold even after i told them the exact tme i was going to pick it up gave them a 3 hour heads up and ,y food just just looked/made sloppy like they just threw in in the box and they skimped me on fries i only got like 5 french fries. deff never ordering from there again.
