Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I placed an order 2 hours ago and after receiving 2 email confirmations + an estimated delivery time nothing showed up. They did not reach out to say my order was not taken, then they said they ran out of burgers... Highly doubtful if you are a burger joint. * I received a call later that evening and was offered a gift card for my order. They did a great job taking my order this time an received it within the hour. Had a Mob + Capo Burger and fries, both were ok, but a bit soggy and cold. I think this would be a great taste if you wanted to grab a burger but delivery is not the best option for a burger...

Absolutely loved this place. The different combinations of burgers was really cool. It actually made it hard to choose which one to get. We ordered the Goodfella burger and it was delicious. The brioche bun was baked fresh and the burger was seasoned perfectly. My favorite part was the shaved beef and the peppers and onions on top, they elevated it to gourmet from your basic burger place. If you are a fries fan, we had both the made fries and the sweet potato fries, both were crispy and again seasoned perfectly. We would definitely go back and try something different. "Definite Thumbs Up"

Just order a burger and fries and a can of soda from here and when the food finally got here after about an hour of wait the food tasted so horrible the burger and fries where so cold they looked like they had been sitting out all day and they just decided to five me them it was so bad I threw both out so I wasted $18 first and last time I order from this place.

Love love love it. LITERALLY, the best burger I have ever had. Also, the bun is made fresh, in store. It makes all the difference. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the fresh cut fries to the branded burger bun. Mob Burger is a new favorite of mine.

Ordered delivery at 720pm ..was told the food would be here in 30 mins. Here i am at almost 9pm, still no food. Called 2 times, and both times i was told the driver was on his way ..horrible service, which is sad because the burgers here are pretty good.

I loveeeeeee their burgers. Ive had several items on menu never unsatisfied. Top three favorite is their turkey burger, falafel and quinoa burger. Their food never feels overly greasy. I live few blocks away fast pick up or delivery.

The burgers are really good here. 5 of us dined in and everything was great. Burgers fries and a vanilla milk shake. Fast service and Inexpensive as well!
