I keep getting duped into going to BWW. Every location Ive been to seems to have service issues, which leads me to believe it may be structural corporate process issues than off-ones. In this particular case - came with a party of 4 on a non-busy night. No major games were on or anything. The server got off with a bad start, taking a relatively long time to come back with the drink orders. The food, though, is where things really took a downturn. Ordered food and it took 1 solid hour to get it. The server was basically absent the whole time, not once did she come to check on us or give us any update along the way. We saw other servers come and go and check on their tables, but not ours. We probably would have waited even longer had we not flagged down another server to ask where the food was. When the food finally came, there was no apology, just a "here you go" type attitude. All the food was lukewarm to straight up cold. It looked like the kitchen staff had made it and the server just never delivered it. The only reason Im leaving 2 stars as opposed to 1 is we spoke to a manager and she actually apologized. She then even had all the food remade fresh (so basically double the food) and it came out nice and hot in very short order. She additionally gave us some coupons for the inconvenience. While the server should have been let go on the spot, the efforts made by the manager do deserve some credit. Due to the aforementioned service received from our waitress, I would not recommend going here and will likely not be returning myself.

Im about 97% certain that I will not be returning to this facility. The reason I say 97% is because 3% of me is always desperate for some food. Frankie, who was probably fired the day after because he didnt understand the difference between minutes and hours, told me and my party of 20 that wed be sitting in several minutes. After one of my party member went ballistic they made us wait even longer because of his foul actions. He only acted foul because of you guys and I later punished him for that by forcing him to order the smallest sized wings, which were overlooked and burnt to a crisp like a burger kept on the grill for 5 hours. The only reason we sat down was because we threatened to leave and forced the manager to move tables together to accommodate us. It wasnt until 2 hours later that they grew brain cells and replaced their missing chromosomes in order to understand they could move several tables together for us as opposed to waiting for an oriental party of 35 to finish opening their gifts. Let me ask you, who opens up Christmas gifts on July 20th? Thank you, that is all. Me and my maccabians will not be returning to this location, or in fact, ANY of your locations. Id tell you to have a good night, but you dont deserve one.

FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF LATE NIGHT BLUE CHEESE! Myself, along with three others decided to have some after work beer and wings. Being that it was my first time I really didnt know what to get so I got what they recommended. Wings were pretty good, until 4AM where they met my toilet! I was pooping water. (I KNOW TMI BUT ITS NEED TO KNOW) I texted my friend telling her what had happened to me and she said she was fine. It took me a while to understand why nothing had happened to her and then it came to me, they didnt eat blue cheese. Beware the blue cheese and remember all that seasoning comes from a bag- explains the spoiled blue cheese.

It saddens me to write this.... I dont care what people say, I actually like Buffalo Wild Wings and this one has a nice atmosphere. The bartender was sweet, attentive and did her job well. She kept our drinks topped at any time. I cant say the same for the rest of the staff. Took forever to get food for a group and waitress wouldnt come back. I stood by the basketball toss along that wall and waited by the kitchen, I saw them laughing and talking however anyone I tried to approach when they came onto the floor walked away from me. Saw me coming and walked away. I wish I could say Id bring my buddies back

Service is pathetic. Ive dined in on several occasions and theyve had one server for the entire dunning area during LUNCH HOUR. Food takes forever and Ive had to get up AMD go ask for my drinks or napkins. Calling in is not any better. Phone rings several times before answered. I ordered and asked for a specific order and its not correct. Even though its repeated to me the way I asked for it. The girls seem more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. In starting to wonder if it the "NY state of mind" to do a half ass job.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon just in time for happy hour and got some delicious boneless wings and the chili nachos. The chili nachos are basically a chili dipping sauce and some chips but pretty tasty. I got the mango habanero, asian zing and dry buffalo. The mango habanero was much spicier then I remembered it from other locations but overall it was a good visit. The server was nice, they had a good selection of beers and I had a good time. And I had lots of blue cheese with no repercussions

Another chain restaurant were teenagers are the servers. Noting against teenagers but they usually do not make good servers. First it took forever from our waitress to take our order the another 30 min for it to come. Very slow, and never came over to see how were were. The food was ok but they only cook the burgers to a medium well, I like medium rare. Dont think I will be going back again

The service was terrible. The food came out an hour and a half after ordering it. When we asked to speak to a manager a very vile woman named MJ came to speak to us and cursed us out for criticizing the food. She used excessive profanity when telling us to eat our food (which was rock hard and inedible), pay and then get out. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER go here.

Food arrived cold, NO APOLOGY AND NO ALTERNATIVE OFFERED...NO "Sorry can I get you someting else", took it away and left...taking it off the bill,doesnt feed the hungry customer who entered your establishment. Never refilled any drinks...over priced and lousy food.Unprofessional service is an understatement. Go anywhere else,dont waste your Time.

Ordered wings with different sauces and they came out cold, had no flavor what so ever. The sampler platter was plain, spicy and cold as well. The cocktail was so weak I felt like I ordered a NON-alcoholic beverage. The only thing that did not come out cold and tasted OK was the spinach dip. Do not waste your time or money here.

I come here every week. The wings are great after waiting for 76 hours at a time for every single possible thing that I order. It takes approximately 5 business days to receive a drink and maybe an extra day or 6 for a ranch. Let me not forget that it takes 7 months for them to bring the check after horrendous service.

This place is pricey for wings... I get it something has to pay for all those big screens. But the take-out area is always a long wait and not because theres a lot of people. Its because I guess the cashiers are doing everything. I could never understand how other than teenagers can somebody pay so much for a winglet.
