A colleague and I went to Chatters for the all you can eat ribs and wings... The barmaid t/waitress was very nice and attentive... we thought the food was awesome..my friend even got to take home the food she did not finish which most places wont let you do.. on our way out someone asked us how the food was, Im assuming it was the owner, we told him we would be back... I would definitely recommend this place, it was very clean especially for a bar... a nice neighborhood place with good food.. if I lived in Kingston I would be there a lot
