My husband and I have dinned on 2 occasions. The first time with another couple we sat at a booth. The waitress a young blonde early 20s when pulling out her note pad to take our order dropped a dime bag of weed. We joked at the table about leaving with her tip. A few minutes later after putting our order in she ran past the table really quick to pick it up. On visit 2 we decided to sit at the bar and got mixed drinks. The first thing that bothered us was not the inappropriately dressed bar tender in a tank top (older man late 40s or 50s and had frosted tips at the time) took glasses and scooped up ice from the ice bin with the glasses. My husband was a former bar back, this is a No No. You risk the glass breaking and leaving chips in the ice that you cannot identify. Another issue was a matter of cleanliness, another patron ordered a white wine which was being chilled in the ice used to serve drinks. This is a helllll no. Although the food was good enough to return a second time and look past the evident drug users in the establishment, the bartenders actions were enough to gross us out and wonder if management is willing to turn a blind eye to this, what else is being neglected behind door like the kitchen.

Just left there, was there three hours with a party of five for a birthday. The service was terrible. The bartenders left us sitting there, we were able to finally get two drinks in three hours, they were much too busy talking to all the male customers and gossiping with each other to pay any attention to us. We ordered bar pies, 2 bartender repeated order to us, 1 pie arrives, 5 maybe 7-8 minutes go by until we can get someones attention to ask where our other pie is, they apologize, say they messed up, give us a free pie, doesnt come for another 15, no drinks, cant get anyones attention. Finally get drinks, glasses are empty all around us, we need refills again, all the glasses stay empty on each side of us for twenty minutes while we watch the bartender talking, and texting. We decided to not get another drink and get our check and leave, still no one has asked us if we want refills, 10 minutes go by finally we go down the bar to get her to ask for our check. Bar wasnt that crowded, by any means. So frustrating the level of service provided to customers there. Will never go back.

Went here on my and my brothers birthday after a friend recommended it. We had two different servers, we had a party of 7. The servers showed up, we ordered our drinks and food. We got our appetizers from a food runner, did not get silverware. Our drinks were well empty at this point. our dinners came out, still no silverware or refills on drinks. I complained to one of the runners about no drinks or silverware. Also they messed up 3 of our orders. Eventually our servers showed up 5 minutes later for the second time of the night and finally gave us silverware and refills. I was so pissed off, because it was me and my brothers birthday. I hope they enjoyed the "Tip" I left them. Dont go here, the food wasnt even anything that special. Save the aggravation and go to Carrabbas, which is a minute away, instead. Worst Birthday dinner ever. How do you screw up that bad with two different servers?? Blows my mind.

I had Thanksgiving Dinner here yesterday. The food was awful. I couldnt have turkey because the waitress told me all the dark meat was for the help. So I had Shepards Pie. It didnt look like or taste like shepards pie. Then I ordered peach cobbler for dessert. When it came I said to the waitress this isnt paeach cobbler its peach cake!!! She said well thats what there calling it. That was awful as well. I usually eat here at least twice a week and the food is delicious.

The tortilla chips with our appetizer were stale, we ate them anyway because we were starving. During our appetizer no one came to check on us and $2.00 up charge for fries....seriously? The table behind us had issues as well, took forever for someone to come get a drink order and then the waiter forgot the straw...not once but TWICE....took over 15 min to get a straw???? Someone needs to get in there that knows how to manage a restaurant.

It was some what busy ( Thurs ) was in Poker Tournament had to wait about 10 mins. or so 4 a drink was thirsty, one cocktail waitress asked me once and then two and a half hour time span if I wanted to drink ! The whole idea of having a poker tournament in a bar is to draw in Business , Hello ! ! ! Some manager ! ! ! ! You would think some businesses would check Google and find out how their business is doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive never had any bad experiences here until I started going here with groups of my friends, once that started every time weve been there weve had poor service, long waits for our food, and multiple orders being incorrect. Im not sure how I feel about this place anymore, but if you are just looking to have a place to sit down have a few drinks and watch some sports then this place is okay, I guess.

There was a hair in our food. They took it back, and cooked us another one, but the manager never acknowledged it, nor apologized, although the waitress was mortified. We did get a $10 gift card to use at a future visit, but nothing for that visit. We wont be using the gift card...

It was almost too quiet on a Sunday night at 8:00 but a quick stop-in for a beer and munchies was otherwise just the ticket: friendly service, and very moderately priced for two ice-cold pints on-tap plus tasty 1/2-price appetizers appetizersat the bar. Will definitely be back.

This was a very nice bar and grill. I had the St. Louis Ribs and they were amazing. I had more than I could eat along with fries and vegetables. It also came with a salad. They have a full bar and a full gluten free menu for anyone who needs it.

Do you like terribly mediocre food thats over priced? Well if you do you will love this place! They once tried to charge me 4 dollars for a pitcher of tap water! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

A great American cuisine bar! As an afternoon patron, the service is superb with Joy, Dawn, Marissa and Dana. I have lots of fun playing the NTN games with friends and I enjoy the "workmans buffet" from 4-6pm.

Only been there once, but I would definitely go again. The staff is nice and attentive. Crowd seems to be a bit older (Im 31) but then again I was there in the afternoon for lunch. Burgers are AMAZING!

Weve been regulars for YEARS! The bar area gets noisy, but the other areas are comfortable, the staff attentive, and the food is always fresh, plentiful, and reasonably priced and a great value.

Where the locals come for dinner or a few drinks. Very good wait staff, consistent food quality. Usually have a nice selection of early bird specials at reduced prices. I come here often.
