Three of my friends made orders online to the same location within a 10-minute time frame. The first order was The Sampler (3 Wings, 3 Fried Ravioli, 3 Mozzarella Sticks, and 3 Chicken Tenders), and a order of Chicken Tenders with Fries and Honey Mustard on the side. The second order was Chicken Marsala, with Ravioli and Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil with a Roll of bread on the side. The third order was a Bacon Cheeseburger with NO ONIONS, and a Chicken+Bacon+Ranch in a spinach wrap with fries and ketchup on the side. Before our food had arrived one of my friends received a phone call telling him that there was no ravioli available for his Chicken Marsala (second order). Because of the lack of ravioli, my friend settled for a different type of pasta for his order. The person delivering our food stood un-reactive as we handed him a $50 for our orders. He claimed that he had no change, replying (verbatim), "you expect me to have change?" I was confused by the statement, as I had not encountered a person delivering my order with a foul attitude. The person delivering our food continued to ramble for about two minutes about how he does not carry change as we fumbled in our wallets trying to pay AROUND the cost of our food--he had rounded our orders to a flat $58. To further my questionable experience, I had ordered online a Bacon Cheeseburger with no onions. After having "paid" for my order, I noticed that there were onions in my burger. The fries were soggy (and I wouldnt be surprised if they were re-heated, because Im pretty sure they were). Much to our surprise, the first order, The Sampler, CAME WITH RAVIOLIS! And yet, my friend was told that they were "out of ravioli" (verbatim) for his Chicken Marsala. Personally, I am not a fan of being lied to about food availabilities and not receiving what I had personally requested. Had I been allergic to onions, there WOULD HAVE BEEN a serious issue at hand.

I called them to order a pizza and have them deliver it, the person who answered the phone wasnt very helpful to begin with. After waiting an hour for the pizza, I called them to ask if they were still delivering it, they said something about an apartment next door needing an ambulance and the pizza will be there soon. Another hour passed by before the delivery guy got to my door. I asked him why it took so long and he mentioned a neighbor needed an ambulance. Dont know why a neighbor needing an ambulance would affect a pizza shop...but ok. Got the pizza and it was ice cold, probably because it was sitting for 2 hours. Honestly, not the best pizza either. Chicken bacon ranch pizza that required me to add more chicken and ranch to make it satisfying. Youd think the owner would throw in free wings or take $5 off or something for waiting over 2 hours for cold pizza, but no. I wasnt expecting that but maybe hed tell the delivery guy to give me a coupon for next time. Either way, wont be ordering from Viana again if this is the quality/temperature/wait time of the pizza.

They do not care about the quality of the pizza they only get alot of business because its its in the middle of town where everyone is they are overpriced for the quality of pizza they have ive lived here all my life and i would walk to Hollywood pizza every day and spend $10 a slice before i eat there just not Tarrytown/sleepy hollow pizza they need to do better foreal

Nice pizza shop. Also has some of the best wings in the area. Delivery available but can be inconsistent at times in terms of wait duration. Can eat in but not for large groups. If you do eat in, be advised that sometimes television is tuned to political shows.

The food is really good but when you wait for the delivery you have to calculate 1 hour+ until you food arrives. I ordered pasta and I waited 2 hours
