I have been ordering from PIZZA PIZZA for quiet some time now. I must say that all staff members are great. The food is amazing. Unfortunatly, just 2 weeks ago on a Friday, I ordered some food. The person who took my order forgot my sauce. On the following day, I ordered again. Your employee KP THAT IDIOT sends a receipt stating that i was a DICK, not to give us anything else ect.... SHE IS THE DICK. HOW DUMB CAN SHE BE TO WRITE SUCH A COMMENT AND THEN SENDS IT TO ME WITH MY ORDER. I ASKE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I QUESTION HER ON WHO WAS KP, HER ANSWER WAS SHE NO LONGER WORKS HERE. GUES WHAT I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER. YOU DID WRITE THIS ON THE RECEIPT. HOW ABOUT IF I SLAP YOU WITH THE RECEIPT.. YOU ARE NOW HIRING UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE? MAKES YOUR COMPANY LOOK VERY BAD..................

I placed an order and of course, when the delivery came, the order was not correct. I called and was told they would send the correct order. When that order came, they requested the old order back, which my young child had already started eating. They never mentioned needing the old order back on the phone. They were extremely rude and u professional on the phone. So much for customer service! Never again will I order from here. Businesses are open because of us, the costumers. This is one business that I will never again give the time of day. I actually wanted to give 1/4 of a star!

Good news, bad news. The good news is that Pizza Pizza can always be counted on to deliver in nearly any weather. The bad news is that while I am not sure if theyve changed owners or cooks, the Pizza has fallen off big time from when they first opened. Went there last week with my family and the pizza was terrible. Hardly any sauce, and it was soo doughy. Not to mention the place was freezing cold and the first two tables double as their work space for fliers and making pizza boxes. Wont be returning or ordering again.

I have eaten at the pizzeria and tried both the cheese and vegetable pizza, as well as garlic knots. Everything tasted good, it was served hot and the pizzeria has a great vibe. Staff were friendly and there wasnt a long waiting time. They definitely seemed busy with delivery orders as the phone kept ringing. They have my vote for great pizza in Westchester.

Having given a second chance then ordering a few times 2 times in a row the chicken fingers didnt have honey mustard. Called the first time and sent it, but the next time got bleu cheese instead of honey mustard and it clearly said honey mustard on the receipt. Were tired. Wouldnt recommend getting the chicken fingers at least.

New owners with disrespectful interests. Pizza pizza has been sold to ex convicts. Want a home invasion? They see what is inside your home and send friends back later in time to rob your house.. Just got a pizza with mouse droppings in place of sausage.

They are constantly making errors on your orders and their pizza is very oily and inconsistent. The staff is rude save for the delivery people. Not worth going there for pizza since there are plenty of other pizza places in the immediate area.

I ordered a quesadilla, and got frozen taquitos. So i called to complain and they claim "thats how we make quesadillas". They need to learn what a quesadilla is, especially charging $8 for 6 frozen taquitos. Not going back.

Pizza Pizza is awesome. Their combo deals are the best around. Take out is generous portions. I live in the neighborhood an must have ordered from them at least 20 times, they never disappoint!
