This pizza hut is officially on my cross-out list. I have been a customer with this store since I was a little girl and my parents ordered. I placed an order online about an hour ago and then I received a call from the driver asking to come downstairs because he wasnt coming to the apt door. I explained I cannot because I have my newborn son with me and no one else is home and it also pouring outside. The guy said he wasnt coming up for "security reasons, the store doesnt allow apartment deliveries". Bull**** because I had pizza hut delivered two weeks ago and the delivery guy came up to my door with no issues. The delivery fee is $4 and youre not going to deliver to my door. Nope, I dont think so. If security reasons are really the reason you dont make apartment deliveries then you shouldnt be a delivery guy and if youre a wimp maybe you should carry pepper spray in your girly underwears. Im definitely reporting this to the corporation and never ordering from this PH store again.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE...NO STARS....This place is HORRIBLE.!! HORRIBLE AT ITS BEST...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION... After 2 hours of me waiting for a delivery. I called the place and i was told by young lady that my order was 3 mins away. 15 mins passed i called back and i asked them to please called the driver.I was told by a guy that my order was on the way after i told him that i and spoken prior the 15mins to a young lady he puts me on hold and tells me my order was cancel because they dont deliver to my address. I let the young men know i wanted to speak to the young lady who told me that my order was 3 mins after i confirm my address. he refuses not to pass the phone and tells me that i was called and told that they dont deliver to my area. then she takes the phone and told me that she forgot that she spoke to me i told her what she had told me prior the 15 mins and she tells me that she didnt remenber if she spoke to me.. The service is HORRIBLE in this place.

Okay food for fast food. Orders are usually made correctly. I asked for plates, knives and forks but were not given any silverware. I can eat pizza without a fork but honey wings ..... I need a fork or at least wet ones. Pasta - need silverware of some sort. Asked for pepper and cheese condiments and only received pepper. I must not be speaking the right language or something. Hard when I do not get what I asked for. Cashier was not very friendly when as for anything. When asked who do I contact with issues, he finally said call the 800 number. Surprised that the cashier was not like others that have worked there. No name tag to report him. Sad that the pizza had so little topping. Have had better from this place.

I ordered a cheese lovers stuffed crust pizza with peppers on top. I paid over 13 dollars and I have never tasted or seen such a disgusting pizza. It was as though a machine made my nasty pizza. The paper thin crust and cough syrup sauce with the almost burned cheese was absolutely terrible. The pizza was so gummy even though it was paper thin that the slices wouldnt. Disconnect from one another. The service was great, but terrible pizza is terrible pizza no matter who serves it. Avoid this place!!!! And no I didnt get a refund, I got a complaint made instead because thats all they offered me.

Bunch of morons work there. They always deliver the wrong pizza and when I call they always the same excuse "Theres nothing they can do" Ever heard of a refund? Also Pizza Hut has the most lazy delivery staff. They call while there driving to you and claim theres no parking and the paying customer must come outside and wait for him to arrive. Whats sad is they have lazy workers that hate doing their jobs while there are plenty of unemployed people that would gladly replace the lazy workers and would make the company look better. Dont waste your time or money here.

Not many PHs in SF, but this is the better one. My brother is a fan of this brand, Im not a fan of the food. But Ill agree that its edible. I give it 2 stars if compared to other pizzerias, but 3 stars within the PH realm. This is just a takeout place. PH in Asia is significantly different, all are huge sit down restaurants with friendly waiters, extensive menus (appetizers, pastas, salads, etc.) and decent quality. Never had any problems with service here, they get extra points for fast delivery.

Waited an hour and a half for my food, which never came. Lady said they tried to contact me my card was declined, and I didnt receive a call nor a message that I remember. So you only "call" one time? And dont leave a message? Meanwhile I have no idea whats going on with my food? And it would take another hour if I placed my order then and there? .....not a very pleasant way to end my busy work day. At least do what you can to reach me, instead of just disregarding my order on a "first" attempt.

How can i give zero stars? Delivery man said that he can not come to my apartment because the fear of getting ticket. In my building he can park car for a while and deliver to me, its 27 floor building and each floor has 14 apartments and i live on 3rd floor still he said he can not. That means every delivery guys are not delivering anything except private house, you must have a private house to get delivery from pizza hut. Can anybody explain me what is a delivery means?

Just ordered pizza from this establishment and we ordered two meat supreme large pizzas and one large pepperoni pizza to our hotel room. Rafa had originally brought us one supreme pizza and a pepperoni pizza, almost forgetting the other supreme pizza as well. He had the audacity to give us 5-star service and return to the establishment and return back with the pizza we had ordered. Someone give this man a raise! 11/10 would order again from Rafa.

The pizza is not that good there customer service is terrible.They automatically place $4.00 delivery fee on your bill which is fine once your food arrive a rude driver calls to tell you they outside you have to come outside to get your food the driver refuse to deliver to your door after informing him Im unable to get outside due to an injury to my leg..the driver said call the store hes leaving hes not coming to my door..and really left

We just recently moved in around the area & this was our first time ordering from that Pizza Hut on Flushing. We ordered the $10.00 dinner box along with the Hersey brownie. The order arrived before the estimated 50 Mintues & everything was fresh & hot! The dilvery person was extremely polite. I highly reccommed this Pizza Hut & will for sure be reordering from here again! All I can say is Bye Bye

Rude person on the other side of the phone! Rushed me off & then didnt get the order right! Pizza came an hour later literally cold & disgustingly greasy, couldnt eat more than half a slice because it was so oily. Order of bread sticks were just as cold. These franchises dont care about what they give us to eat! Choose a family owned pizzeria for quality if you can.
