Came for an interview, after getting stuck behind an accident on the way, only to be informed very rudely that I was late, and that they were "really busy and behind schedule" despite the store being completely empty. I have worked at other panera locations before, and its clear this one has ridiculously incompetent management staff. If theyre this rude to a potential employee imagine how rude they are to their actual employees and customers.

I had a great experience, I went in store, ordered a coffee and bagel. Friendly staff, they greeted me when I entered. The stations were clean. A simple order and a perfectly toasted bagel. The restaurant was clean, I was surprised at how big bright and airy it is. I saw the other reviews of incorrect orders etc, whatever loose ends there are, hope theyre sorted. Great spot and def going back.

Horrible ordered last night , no broccoli soup we ran out ok give me Mac and cheese No Mac and cheese we ran out Ok give me a full sandwich with an apple- Gets to window-" I know you waited 25 minutes but sorry we have no apples,we only have a side of bread to go with your 10.00 sandwich" (which was made incorrectly ) They should close just as fast as they open done with them

Heads up. If you ever go to this panera, GO TO THE DRIVE THRU, there is a black girl there with glasses, they are black and red, her name is Jamese, she is the sweetest girl there and the only person who gets the orders correct and gets them out fast. So stop going inside to get okay service when the drive thru is better. But I hear she really only works in the day time.

Once again I get to work and find something missing from my order. I shouldnt have to pick through the bag and the box of my salad to make sure I have dressing. I ordered one thing, a salad, and they could not get that right. This is not the first time they have messed up an oder, but it is the last.

I go to Panera often never this location and I now know why they cant get anything right my grilled cheese wasnt grilled my sandwich was smaller then small and they charged me for something they were out of I will never go back to this location again what a joke

I went a few days ago with my brother and let me just say how impressed I was with the service and with all the new technology they are incorporating with there updated sysytem. If you do your own order on the kiosk they even throw in a free cookie!!

Overall horrible food!! Bread is never fresh and cold.. cant even bite down.. the avocado Chipotle chicken melt is horrible... their tables are always dirty and not cleaned. I really suggest going to the other panera store by smith hAven mall!!!!!!!

I absolutely love the drive thru. Its as quick as going inside . The service is great and the staff is friendly . There was a small mix up with our order and they could not do enough to rectify it . Great customer service
