Hated it and didnt even go. I called to see how the original ribs were prepared. The hostess was trying to answer all food questions after saying she didnt know the menu. She told me the ribs were dairy free but not sure if gluten free. I asked if she could find out the ingredients in the sauce for me. She replies "I really dont want to go back and ask my kitchen manager he is being pissy." I said " Really? Im trying to give you my money I just want to know if the food is safe for me to eat with my food allergies. She replies "Okay". The kitchen Manager I assume (James) gets on the phone and says in a very sarcastic manner yea everything is covered in prepared in cheese, milk, and wheat flour." I asked another question only to get another sarcastic reply... this time knowing these people did not want me to come an enjoy the TGIF experience. I wish people took more care to gluten and dairy allergies just as carefully as they do with peanut and seafood allergies. This place is probably fine... just needs some people to be more educated on food allergies and the terms that go with that information.

I have visited this TGI Fridays location about once a week for the last several weeks. I usually go during lunch hours with someone and we always leave satisfied. Dwayne has been our waiter each and every time. Hes great. Attentive and informative. He makes great recommendations and suggested I download the Fridays app. Im so glad I did! I get deals and rewards on a regular basis which is on top of their already decent prices (especially lunch). The food is pretty average on Mondays but at least its not bad. Every other day of the week Ive went, the food has been served hot and tasty!!! The Jack Daniels options and the endless apps are my favorite. They have a wide assortment of beverages. The alcoholic drinks seemed a bit watered down but I didnt mind. The space is usually clean and there is a lot of seating. I invited a group of friends once and they had such a good time and loved the food and prices that weve decided to make it our regular hangout spot!

well i guess im not the only one with the same complain about this TGIF, there service and gone down the drain, the first time i came here it was awesome, kept coming back for about a year, stoped coming for no negative reason, aster i stoped took me about a year or two, but on july 31 2016, dam what a crappy service, the pace was not even full half way so you know we got a table really quick you would think the service would be the same, noooooo, it took the 20 min to take the order, the drinks we ordered took 30 min to make it to the table, and the food forget about it, if TGIF have people looking into these comment please do some about it, cause your food on my personal opinion is great, your staff sucks, sorry but it is the truth.

I went for My dads birthday last week. Our appetizers came out cold. Our server Louis didnt give any side plates or napkins, so we didnt eat our apps until about 5 or so mins after. We werent offered any water during the whole meal. My mashed potatoes were cold but my parents liked their drinks. The watermelon cooler wasnt all that, but I should have expected that bc it was $7. The pro about this Fridays location is the free parking but the service isnt good, it can definetly improve. Louis presented our check and did not offer the desert menu. Once it was time to pay he said he could not honor our the discount that I earned for being a Fridays Rewards member.... And to top it off I didnt get my points for a $120 bill.

Wow, I have not been to TGI FRIDAYS in about a year and its because the service is that bad. Today, I was reminded why I do not go there anymore. It was 4 adults and 2 children and we were seated very quickly. The restaurant was not crowded at all and it took the 30 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered appetizers and those came before the drinks. The endless appetizers menu we ordered from continuously came out cold. The drinks were watered down and the kids chocolate milk took 20 minutes to arrive!!!??? My sons was complaining that his stomach was hurting after he ate just one kids burger slider. I will honestly never go back to another TGI FRIDAYS EVEN IF THEY GIVE ME THE FOOD FOR FREE!

Pitiful service starting right at the front door. Walked in there with my family on a quiet Monday night - the place is practically empty - but we stood in the foyer anyway for a good while waiting to be seated. When they finally got around to it, they seated us and proceeded to ignore us again. After 10 minutes of waiting (with hungry kids) and watching the crew standing around laughing and doing nothing up front, we got up and left. My wife explained to them why (angrily yes, but not abusively) one of them says "we dont want your business anyway". So I advise everyone to not give this restaurant any business.

The kitchen in this place is horrible I dont know what has happened to this place over the last year. I feel bad over for the servers that they have to deal with the customers that the kitchen cant prepare their food probably last time I was there they didnt prepare my food probably chicken was still raw it was disgusting and then this time I give it another try and as I sit at the bar I heard the party next to us complaining about their food being cold and missing things. Ended up just walking out no point in getting the same shitty service - Used to be a regular at this place

The service was amazing! We had a waitress named Anna (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and when we told her about an egg allergy in our party, she got us the "menu"/booklet that showed all the types of allergies that each item on the menu contained. Other than that, our food was great, the service was amazing, and overall, we simply love TGI Fridays!! One thing: You would be surprised at how many things contain eggs! However, there are some dishes of course that dont contain eggs and are just as delicious!

The people are nice here better than what you see at other restaurants in the neighborhood. But I have a problem with the quality of food and the cleanliness of plates and utensils. Sirloin steaks every time I have ordered it has a very similar look a feel to a rubber, also tasteless. I ordered Salmon first and I got a small piece of plastic with the salmon. The server told me that the salmon comes in individual frozen packs and when the cut the plastic cover in the kitchen it must have happened.

Eileen (not sure how its spelt) was our server & her service was beyond exceptional, she has a great personality & unlike servers who dont check on their table Eileen paid attention to us to make sure we were ok & our needs were taken care of. The food was good too.. just wanted to give our server some recognition. This was at the Central Park Ave location. Thank you Eileen!
