Recibí muy mal servicio, larga espera, promoción no valida en el menu y para completar: mi hermano olvido su cartera en la mesa y al regresar a buscarla la entregaron con 100 dólares menos. ademas la mesera que nos atendió hizo un truco con la factura, gestiono un descuento supuestamente para nosotros pero no, solo me di cuenta porque pedi una copia del recibo y la cuenta difería de 30 dólares y cuando le reclame me trajo la devuelta, me explico: la cuenta fue de 181 le pague con 200 y que le deje el cambio de propina, luego le pedi una copia del recibo y lo trajo con 149 una diferencia de 30 dolar, le pregunte que paso con ese monto y le ordene me trajera la devuelta.

Was by far my worst experience ever here. We werr waiting for a table and they said someone would be right there to seat us then they walked away and sent another guy to the booth who in his own words didnt know what he was doing but had started calling names to seat people. After looking around I sat in the bar area with my brother and sister-in-law and service was so slow the waitress was avoiding eye contact making it hard to get her attention and even at one point asked her coworker why people kept looking at her. She gave me the wrong order and hardly checked on us as she walked by to other tables. When I told her about the mistake that was made and in trying to remember if it was buffalo or bbq she was not focused on the mistake but on the fact that they could make it bbq if I wanted. After a moment my brother was able to get her to understand that I wanted the buffalo which I had ordered in the first place and 2 more drinks. She returned a shirt while later with one drink...needless to say I shut my mouth and waited for the bill and had the manager come over from sitting at a table with some other patrons whom she had been back and forth sitting with and she removed the 2 orders of Mac and cheese from the bill. For that I give 2 stars. For overall service from start to finish -1 star.

The way the make their pizza is horrible. The just throw the topping on without even looking. If you order a pepperoni pizza, youll get a slice with 20 pepperonies and the next three slices with no pepperoni. I ordered a pizza with sausage and red peppers and got a couple sausages but a ridiculous amount of red peppers. My family was so upset with me. Asking why would you ask for so many red peppers. Which I didnt but since this Unos dont care about how they make pizza. They just poured a bucket of red peppers on my pizza and said fu@k it. Worst pizza experience ever. Even the most ghetto-ist dominoes or pizza hut cares more about your pizza. Im still shocked.

The food was pretty good. The staff was good. It seemed clean. The hostess spent more time flirting and hugging random creepy older gentleman than working, but she somehow got me to my table which I guess was cool of her. The bartender was also hugging and kissing people whom Im assuming are regulars who apparently have nothing better to do than frequent a bar in a restaurant on a Thursday afternoon. Overall, it was ok. Just a lot of pda from the staff with older people. Dont get me wrong, Im fine with some affection, but, like, get me my drink or show me to my table. That would be cool too.

STAY AWAY ! The food taste good but I wouldnt trust it. When I went here, I was seated in front of the exit door to the kitchen. I was looking back to find my waitress and I witnessed the most disgusting thing ever. One of the waitresses, with her bare hands, no gloves or anything, looked through the burger and opened every layer. She went back into the kitchen and then on her way back out a different waitress took a french fry off the plate and ate it then the waitress took the meal to the customer. It was the most disgusting thing Ive ever witnessed ! Never going back there again.

Went there like 11:30 on a Saturday night to get something quick to eat to go. First they tell a family they are closed then they run out the parking lot when the family left to tell them were open. (Sloppy Service) So I finally order my blackbean burger and some clam chowder. They charge me xtra for the cheese when it already comes with it. So I finally get my food and I drive 5 mins away where my friend lives. The chowder was cold and they gave me a regular beef burger( Im Vegetarian) All of this for 23$ THE END BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER AGAIN

I went there tonight with family and friends. The service was pretty good until we realized that there was a roach floating in her water!!!!!!!! It was incredibly disgusting and when the waiter noticed she was mortified so she got the manager. And basically he said that he could see our bill to see what he could do. So he tried to give us 50% offof our bill,however we were all disgusted and mad as hell so we thought that it should of been free. Never go there,the service is okay, but the food with bugs and rodents in it is not worth your time.

Not a bad spot to get lunch at. Nice and quiet at the bar and it will probably be you in the dining area if you go during the day, but at night and weekends it gets slammed. Food is great. Menu items are great. Just make sure you pronounce your words and have the waiter understand what you want. Ive had my orders screwed up a few times and had to sit and wait as they remade the order to what I said. The combo meals are a great price for what the options are too.

This was my first at Unos in maybe 7 years or so. Theyve done renovations since I was last there. I ordered a classic pizza there which was very good. Staff was courteous as I sat in the bar section. Something that I never notice at large chainr restaurants is the manager making their way around and introducing themselves, but the manager did at this location. All in all, it was a good experience.

Dined here when it 1st opened, back than it was the place to go. Long lines when it first opened and didnt find it to be "all that". Didnt go back for a while. Recently, I was shopping near by and met a friend for dinner. The tables werent cleaned properly and the glasses seemed dirty. I just couldnt stay. Sorry guys...now I know why the NYC ones closed.

We arrived, restaurant was half empty, we were made to wait over a hour and a half to be seated.. We were seated in an area of the restaurant and were told "the lights dont work" which would be fine if wasnt almost 9pm and the sun was setting.. Still waiting for food waiting for hour number 2 to pass.

Staff is really nice here and food is good , but sadly the restaurant is disgusting! Tables and menus were sticky, walls by the booth were stained and dirty Noy to mention the spider webs and dust on the chandeliers if you look up. Wont go back there again.
