Hi my name is savannah.. I just wanna say that I worked there for about a month and my boss Cynthia powers was a very rude person I was told when I start I would make 9$ an hour for waitress training the i would make 7.50$ well when I was took off of training to do my own thing I still needed help and i walked into work and said hey Cynthia could I please go do some training on the computer to learn the menu a little better and hope that might help me a little she kept pushing me aside yelling at me when I asked for help I was new at waitressing and have never tried it I recently was took off ssi because of pay e issues but about an hour later she pulls me aside and starts screaming at me because I messed up an order that I always asked for help to put in the computer to make the order she yelled at me and said im busy so she put me back on training payed me 7.50 instead of 9$ and took my hard earned tips for herself she also treated me like crap in front of costumers she thew a menu at me she yelled at me for perfume witch isnt very strong and she went on about am I stupid do u know how to even put perfume on and then went on taking about how he perfumes are 100s of dollar but I am a smoker and my other boss Matt who is the real boss said he rather me smell good then like smoke but because of lack of guidance and help from Cynthia I wasnt able to learn but she also stole money from me....after I left she wouldnt give me a number for somebody higher up than he with i would still like to talk to somebody I love pizza hut I never really eat it but when I do its good but I ordered there after that my pizza was cold all wrong and my garlic sauce was split all over and I didnt call and complain I just threw it away scared they tampered with it as she told me when I worked there she had done to her enemy in the past it is very unfortunate to have such a great place under such bad management plus the drugs that are done and talked about is unreal they should have regular drug tests there I could go on and on but its just very unfortunate I know alot of people now that wont go there because of the way they are treated by her and there waiter Rachel pizza hut please look into this and I would like to talk to somebody about my money being taken.. :(

Well. Lets start off by saying it took 2 and a half hours for our "free" pizza which costed us $7.00. When the pizza delivery woman gave my roommate the pizza, she complained about the ten dollars that we gave her by saying, "really? 10.00?" And my roommate had suggested she gives him the 2 dollars back in change. Before that on the phone, we called 3 times and asked about our pizza, we got hung up on and lied to at one point. The delivery person over the phone had lied and said that they waited and knocked on our door but in reality,...we sit 4 feet away from our door. and hear everyone else that knocks on our door. She said she knocked, multiple times (THIS WAS A FEMALE.). She as well made my room mate come down 2 flights of stairs, to actually go get this pizza that is there job to come to our door and deliver like all the other businesses that have drivers. Your place really should have cameras and audio, and a manager at all times watching these workers. I will not order from this place again, if it saved my life. Not happy. This shouldnt have even gotten a 1 star rating. Im sorry pizza hut, but I liked your service before but I no longer do after that.

Im not really a big Pizza hut fan. I generally dont enjoy their food, but thats me. I will say that they prepare everything well, the salad bar is attended to regularly, the wait staff are friendly and the remodeled interior is a lot more fresh looking than it previously was. If you like Pizza hut, this location is better than others Ive been to.

Went in for carry out the lady just walked away and I stood there for half an hour to pay and only got smirks from the people working finally I said hello can I pay for this and someone took my money walked away and never got change after another ten minutes just decided to leave

The food is alright, but its impossible to call in an order or order online. Rather disappointed with this. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes and couldnt get through, tried calling back a few times and was put on hold again.

Me a d my 3 friends went here for dinner and we got a witness name Rachel she was very rude didnt ask us for refills didnt take our extra dishes gave us dirty looks the hole time kept for getting good stuff

The salad bar uses salad bag lettuce..yucky! Waitress was slow...we sat for 25 mins before she reached our table. Staff needs some morale boosting. Value okay!

Really enjoyed our meal. Had a high chair for our baby and cartoons on the tv. Kept them occupied for sometime while we ate.
