-Very slow and not well managed. -Will never go to this location again. I placed an order 1:10PM for a pickup at 5:45PM. I arrived at the location at the Randolph location at 5:50PM assuming that my order would be ready. I initially was told that the order was backlogged due to the large amount of orders that day, I understood so I waited. After waiting 30min I asked one of the employees what was the status of my order and he told me he did not know and would not specify a time that the order would be ready. I patiently waited another 30 minutes. I kindly asked for the manager and the employee informed me that he did not know where the manager was. I also asked him what the status of my order was and he informed me that he did not know how long it would take. He then walked away as if he did not have a care to figure it out. I told another employee who was standing near by that I am no longer interested in waiting and to cancel my order. I walked out feeling dissatisfied. I was never offered any type of reimbursement or apology for waiting. I will be sure to inform my friends, family, and anyone who has a craving for Pizza Hut to never go the the Randolph location. They will surly be disappointed.

Do you have time to kill? If so this pizza hut is the place for you. Having been here twice in two years, Id have to say that service remains largely the same no matter who your wait staff is. Prepare yourself for the following. When you enter the door during busy hours, you will find yourself waiting at the door with nobody to greet you. In fact staff will not even acknowledge your presence unless you start leaning on their counter-top. You can even make eye contact, they may engage briefly and continue doing what theyre doing. If youre waiting for a table, you wont get seated for approximately 20 minutes, even with the majority of the tables empty. In fact, you may only get seated when you turn around to leave without buying anything. Pizza estimates are like 30 minutes, youll arrive and wait another 20. The place is largely understaffed, which contributes to the factor, but Ive seen pizzerias with one guy working the oven making pizzas by hand getting customers pizza in 10 minutes at peak hours that taste way better than Pizza Hut for around the same price. Want a pizza? Find somewhere else, or dont tell me I didnt warn you. This place deserves to go out of business. Its not run properly.

We just left this location and I had to write a review. The place was empty, like deserted empty. We walked up to the hostess stand and nobody cared to acknowledge us. They would make eye contact, but that was about it. After about 5 minutes, we just decided to sit down anyway which is when someone decided to let us know to sit where wed like. Once seated, we looked at the menu and ordered. About 25-30 minutes later, we received our appetizer. It took forever for no reason. About 15 minutes after that we received our pizza and I mean it was OK, but nothing out of this world. The crust was overly crunchy and had that...old feel to it. Once we were done, we wanted to order the chocolate chip cookie but we didnt feel like waiting forever so we wanted to ask for the check...but we had no one to ask. I had to eventually get up and go to the front desk and ask for it. All in all I felt like everyone there just hated their job and didnt care. The waiter was okay I guess, everyone else was meh. We wont be back.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! We have been going here for so long, and now it is terrible. The pizza was undercooked to the point that when you picked it up you couldnt hold it and your hands were covered in flour. The pizza was inedible. As for the pizza sauce, we ordered a Ultimate Cheese Lovers Medium pie. When we got inside the place, they told us that they had run out of Garlic Parmesan sauce. Our pizza was not an Ultimate Cheese Lovers anymore, it was just a plain pie with a Parmesan crust. They should have at least called us and informed us ahead of time that they had run out of the specific sauce and that we could change our order. To top all of that off, they took an extremely long time. They said that they would be finished in 15 minutes, but in reality, it was about 40.It ruined our day how we could not have a decent pizza. Hope this place improves,for now, dont go here.

Worst place to dine-in, they will take forever to seat you and serve. That too with a unpleasant looks all the time. Worse of delivery and take out too. They will either give less or wrong item and later ask you to come to pick it up. The manager tells you that he has lot of orders and none to your side, so if you want the undelivered item come and pick up. These guys dont even call after you complain on their corporate site. The pizza quality keeps going up and down. Delivery or preparation time is too long. Even when you see online it is ready, the store makes you wait another 10-15 minutes.

Ill never go back to this Pizza Hut. What do you want to drink with pizza and wings? 99% of the time its a refreshing beer. You will not get one here, as they dont have a liquor license. The waiter was not interested in his job at all. I was there with my 2 yr old for a quick bite. They had no milk. They had no apple juice. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place was that the pizza "wasnt terrible". Our service was terrible, this guy didnt care at all that they had nothing weve requested he giggled as I asked. Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been to by far.

Update 3/15/17.. this location has gone down hill. For years it was top knotch. Last 5 years it was hit and miss. Now its mostly miss. Orders are never ready at time they give you for pickup. Whenever I pick up there are always people there waiting 20-30 minutes past their pickup time. Ive seen people walk out without taking their order because its taking too long and orders are wrong. The management needs to be changed. There is zero communication between staff members. No one has a clue whats happening. Avoid it

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD AND NEW A NEW DISTRICT MANAGER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS AND TAKES THERE JOB SERIOUSLY. EVERY TIME ORDER SOMETHING THEY GET IT WRONG AND YOU PAY FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING THEN THEY GET THE ORDER WRONG ALSO THEY DONT HAVE EVERYTHING THERE. THE WINGS SMELL LIKE CRAP AND VERY UNCLEAN. I REPORTED THEM TO CORPORATE AND TO OSHA AS WELL CAUSE CORPORATE DOES NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM. SO THEY WILL BE INVESTIAGATED AND HOPE LEAGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AS WELL.

Service was acceptable by the new guy. He was the only one who acknowledged us with 4 people behind the counter leering. He was the only redeeming quality though obvious he was new.Then with six minutes left of the game my party was clearly watching, the staff chose to turn off the TV we were watching and then were laughing uncontrollably behind the counter. Unacceptable behavior and beyond rude. I will never return. What a shoddy place with equally shoddy service overall.
