I had first tried ordering a deal which was "only availible online" and didnt understand where I put the number for the coupon. I called the pizza hut and the man on the phone told me he couldnt help me at all. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that he was the only person there, he was the manager, and that if I wanted to order a pizza there would be a 2 hour wait, and if I wanted I could come down to the restraunt and see for myself. I hung up the phone. I am not from this area so I didnt know of any other pizza delivery places. I then had my boyfriend call back and try to order the same thing. This man on the phone took the same order and said there was a 45 minute wait time. We got a pizza with half bacon- half plain. The bacon is under the cheese so not until he already ate his half of the pizza and I went to mine I didnt notice there was bacon all over it. I hate bacon and considering all it really is is hunks of clear fat all over I did not want to eat it. I politely called back and told him there was a mistake he told me there was nothing they could do about it. I even asked if I could have it it a smaller size and return the remaining pizza. I will never order from any pizza hut again considering the one I ordered from before ended with another "manager" litterally screaming at me on the phone telling ME what I ordered when the order didnt even come close.

Ordered on 9/2 8:30pm. Every time I order something is missing, but the other times I called the person answering was kind apologetic and would bring whatever was missing. I spoke to the manager this time and he was rude and arrogant. I told him he was short on the blue cheese. Which is an honest mistake but what is annoying is I pay for each sauce I request. Nothing is free and with a $2.50 delivery fee, what I order should come. So after $3 for tip 2.50 delivery and .60 blue cheese. I now paid over $6 to have something sent to me incomplete and he was sarcastic saying " im sorry you are a blue cheese short" with a disgusting arrogance. This is why they have 1.5 stars. What this manager doesnt realize is, now theyve lost another customer. The more they lose the less business they have, which eventually the store will close and hell lose his job. I recommend ordering from anywhere else.

Worst Pizza Hut location I have EVER been to. Its a take out only type store - no sit down so theres no need for waitstaff etc. I was a walk in order, so its not like I was calling from a static ridden cell phone & I was the ONLY PERSON THERE. Ordered 3 items -- a combo from THEIR OWN MENU -- they rang it up wrong twice & insisted that the difference in price I was seeing was the TAX...I finally took a piece of paper out of my purse and did the math in front of them to show them it wasnt the tax...and if thats what they tell everyone then they are just ripping off their customers. And then to top it off -- when I got where I was going...the pizza was cold AND had the wrong toppings. Thought it might have been an isolated incident...but looking at the many reviews for this location, I can see that its not. They just suck. PH Corporate should check up on this store.

A man named Deepak (fake name danny) took my order and said my order will be on its way in 45 minutes. My order did not arrive until 1 hour 15 minutes. When I kept calling, he claimed that "he is doing me a favor" by delivering. He never told me he is doing me a favor when agreeing to order, heck he didnt even tell me im not in his zone. They are 3.7 miles from. He kept lying and kept claiming he is doing me a favor? How?... I paid for the food, I paid for the delivery charges and had bad food. They dont even know how to make a pizza. I lov my pizza hut pizzas but I am abandoning Pizza hut for good until they stop franchising to uneducated fools. No more pizza hut and I hope Deepak (Danny) rots. That would be fun! Hopes he chokes on his own cheese.

So, Ive ordered from this Pizza hut a couple times now and decided to put up a review. Before I came here the first time, my family and I were very hesitant to try it, given the previous review posted here. We gave it a shot anyway and honestly had no problems. We order carry out and our food is prepared well and quickly. Weve always had respectful service. My take is that they have improved since the negative reviews were posted. I gave them a shot and received good food and good service. So congratulations on improving!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We ordered pizza online from this place for delivery from the website at 6:15 PM. Our house is 10 minutes away from the Pizza Hut. At 7:15 PM we called to check on where the order was, and were told the driver was 5 minutes from the house. The pizza did not arrive until 8 PM. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought all the raw ingredients and made this pizza myself in the time it took to get here. We will never order from this "restaurant" again.

read all of the other reviews, they are accurate - I should have read them before ordering. This franchise owner gives Pizza Hut a bad name. Poor quality across the board - took a long time to be ready, not courteous on the phone while placing order, doesnt accept Pizza Hut coupons, and the food seemed sub par. Definitely go to the West Paterson Pizza Hut instead. This Pine Brook location is eventually going to go out of business, cant stay in business for long if youre this bad.

I shouldve read the reviews first! SERGIO took my order (WRONG) then promised a 30 minute delivery; it arrived an hour and half later, made wrong, cold & extra dry! I called and told SERGIO and he told me he couldnt do anything about it at the moment! Being that Im from another state, a free pizza on another day was useless! My advice to readers, ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!! Clearly under poor management and employs individuals who hate their job! Total waste of time & money!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and its barely edible. The cheese is beyond burnt, the sauce is salty. When I ordered the girl asked me if I wanted a large pizza. I asked if it came in any other size and she said no. I was a bit confused as to why shed ask if I didnt have an option either way. She was very friendly though and seemed overwhelmed. Thats the only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one. It was my first and last time there

Twice we have ordered from this location and both times were TERRIBLE experiences. The first time they took an hour to deliver the pizza which they said would take 30 minutes. The second time we ordered, the pizza delivered right on time but was TERRIBLE quality. We ordered spinach and they just laid the spinach on top without even baking it. The tomatoes looked as if it had gone bad. Do NOT order from this Pink Brook location!
