Extremely poor customer service. Have ordered a few times and each time had problems with this Pizza Hut. Many times they have no driver available and cant do deliveries when they advertise that they can. Other times the delivery is slow. Today the delivery never came. I was told that I didnt list an apartment number on the order. I did. I was told the driver called and there was no answer. I never got a phone call. I would have thought the driver would ring the doorbell when delivering a food order. Based upon the fact that I was told there was no apartment number on the order, when there was, I wonder if the driver ever came to my location. After calling 45 minutes after the order was to arrive, I was told to wait another 20 minutes then the driver would be sent out once s/he returned. So, that is waiting another 40 minutes on top of the 45 minutes after the order should have arrived on top of the 30 minutes I waited for the original order to be delivered. The manager on the phone told me if he cancelled the order it would take two business days to get my money back in a very nonchalant tone. Instead of aiming to problem solve or have empathy for the poor customer service experience they created, he tells me he has other customers and is cancelling my order because he no longer has time to talk to me. Thanks Pizza Hut for absolutely nothing. Buyer beware.

First things first, i had ordered online. Since it was 5 p.m. and i hadnt ate yet i ordered alot and had a future delivery scheduled for 7 pm. When it hits 6:30 i go downstairs to wait for the Pizza Hut delivery person and wait until 7, but when 8 strikes the guy isnt there. 8:30 strikes, no one. 9 pm strikes and im still waiting for the food. Getting furious, i call the Pizza Hut and the manage picks up, i tell her that i hadnt recieved my food but she tells me the biggest load of bull i have ever heard. She says "The delivery guy was there at 7:10 but no one was there, he called and left voice messages. Since no one picked up he canclled your order." Right after she finishes she hangs up on me, i check my phone for voice messages and no new voice messages. So i schedule another delivery at 9 and it says the food will be there at 10:40. So i wait until 10:40 comes around and the guy isnt there, then 11:30 strikes and now im just questioning why im standing here. In the end Pizza Hut has the worst delivery i have ever seen, i had just wanted to get food but i wasted a total of 4 hours just to get nothing. Dont every schedule for a delivery since itll never come, and if these reviews allowed zeros Pizza Hut would be getting one right now.

I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. I have tried this location 3 times and always end up disappointed. Tonight was the last straw. We arrived and tried to order wings... but they didnt have wings unless you wanted baked mild bone in wings, which we didnt. SO we went ahead and ordered a couple pizzas. Sat in the place (which was empty other than us) for at least half an hour before someone asked what we had ordered. Then they brought the pizzas out, neither of which had the crust flavoring we had ordered. So my husband asked them to put the hut favorite on. Asked twice, repeated the name of the flavoring for good measure. They put some type of spicy chili topping. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make an all new pizza with correct flavoring! So frustrated by the end of this experience... never going to this location again. And will warn friends against visiting it. They are a whole new level of stupidity and poor customer service.

I ordered 4 pies 2 orders of breadsticks and 2 2-liter sodda bottles for my workplace. i placed the order online. and i called in to let them know that someone else would be picking it up and paying for it . my co worker showed up there to pick it up and they wouldnt let them pay for it and take it. they call me for permission like wtf! he is paying for it. give me a break. its pizza and hes paying for it its not like hes just taking it. plus he knew the order! idiots. not only that but they didnt have change for a $50 so my co worker had to drive around to find a place that would give him change. they never answer the god damn phone so i get sent to the call center and they cant even get a hold of anyone at the store. ridiculous. i just keep getting passed around by the call cneter and i wait on hold for almost 10 minutes never ordering from here again no wonder why pizza huts are closing all over the place.

Gosh, I love Pizza Hut. Compared to Dominos, they taste better with their pan-fried and crispy crust. So yummy! Unfortunately, I get a 50-50 shot with them when I order carryout/delivery through phone. I dont know why I even bother giving them a call and have to be either told to hold on (which he puts me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnects) or just get some really rude 18-23 year old person rushing me through a phone call. I cant take it anymore with Pizza Hut. I wrote to Pizza Hut themselves through customer service so hopefully it gets to corporate. They need better management and staff who obviously give a darn about customers and their satisfactory. NOTE TO ALL DELIVERY ORDERS: Expect your order to come to your house in 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.

I walk into this Pizza Hut with a smile and good manners and they serve me well. Ive been to this location more than five times and it is my go to location. IDK what anyone else is going through but I love this place. They get my order right every time and the pizza crust is crisp golden brown with my hut favorite seasoning. These other comments are making me upset and I dont even work for this place lol please give them a try if you have enjoyed Pizza Hut before! And yes Im a real person who loves Pizza Hut. Ordered pizza wings and soda. They called back 20 minutes later saying they had no stuffed crust, i then ordered a pepporoni lovers. After an additional hour they showed up with my order, I opened the pizza and it was the wrong one, half cheese n half pepperoni. It took over 2.5 hours to get a new one which wasnt what I ordered either, it was plain pepperoni. they did not do anything to fix it the second time. simply said. obviously this pizza hut has a problem with this since someone elses review said almost the exact same. I am very disappointed and would recommend other locations. I hope this pizza hut goes out of business.

I called to place an order for delivery at 11:30 pm and they told me they allready sent he delivery person home. When I said ok, Ill pick up ( I dont drive do I had to get an Uber) he told me they only had hand tossed medium pizzas left, so I said ok he took my order and hung up. 5 min later he called back saying that they allready turned off the oven for the night. Upset, I asked them why they stop serving and start sending people home earlier Hahn closing time and he said thats what they always ussually do and hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Will never use them again.
