The food is fine. Just fine. On the night I went, the pulled pork was divine, everything else was a little dry and less flavorful than youd expect, even after drowning it in their overly sweet bbq sauce. The roasted beets are delicious. Reasonable beer selection, but you better know your locals, because the bartender will be of no help to you. Avoid the locals, avoid the city folk--the staff are super friendly, the patrons are horrible. Theres a gas fireplace in the bar area.

Very slow service (the place was empty). Hush puppies were really, really dense, and tasted like they had been sitting out awhile. Dry rubbed wings had no flavor (though they were very big and meaty), and try as they might, I kept getting bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch. Maybe they should LABEL their tiny little cups of dressing. My friend said the coleslaw was inedible. Very expensive too. But isnt everything out here?

Nice setting, quick and efficient service. Brisket was OK but weirdly cut with the grain making a tougher chew. Short Ribs were better though uneven seasoning meant a couple salty bites. The fat of the ribs helped balance that a bit. Collards where tasty and had a good vinegar kick but could have used more stove time. Mac & cheese was a fried triangle wedge. BBQ sauces on the table were nice if a little vegetal.

I somehow seem to end up eating here once or twice a year. Summer, at least. It seems to be less great each time I go. About 5 years ago, this place was amazing. Good food, good service, decent prices. But over the years, the service gets worse (um, can ya smile?) and the food is just OK these days. The prices are getting kind of insane. I wont avoid this BBQ spot, but I wont go out of my way to eat here.

Great BBQ. Great takeout to entertain too. Will impress your guests. Great ambiance. Great place for kids or great place to hang out at bar. Pool table and TVs at bar. Great beer selection. The food is awesome great portion sizes to share and the taste is great. The selection leaves something for everyone. Dont forget to try the cornbread, as tasty as cake!

Mediocre BBQ at a steep price served in a rustic, smoke filled, crowded, casual, overly loud environment. Its southern BBQ in the Hamptons...say no more. Prepare to do a load of laundry when you get home because you leave the restaurant smelling like smoked pulled pork. They do have trivia night which gave them an additional star.

Meat is good, price not bad. Many people visit and gets couded fast. So good restaurant. But if you are the first to order once they open you will get meat that has cold charcoal taste. Not dramatic though.

My wife kept saying the burger is not that great. Its not that good. She let me eat the rest of it because I was so hungry. Food was more expensive than the taste but expected because its the Hamptons.

This place is a fun Southern-style BBQ joint complete with communal dining and stellar root beer. The portions are very generous, and their house BBQ sauce has a tangy zip to it.

It tries to be a Texas BBQ joint and the ambiance delivers but the food doesnt. It was overpriced and greasy not in a BBQ way. It may work for the Hamptons but not Texas.

I love this place. Calif veggie chili, ribs, brisket, pulled pork. A very good margarita &super reasonable happy hour. Always clean&friendly vibe. Well run.
