WORST absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to.We actually live about 30 seconds from this location. If we want Taco Bell we will drive all the way to Shrewsbury to avoid coming here. Plan to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to a half an hour to get your food if it is in the evening. Expect a soggy taco shell and people who dont care for service . I really wish I knew who owned this location, when you spend about $35/40 to feed five people and the food is complete crap you realize you couldve cooked a meal at home for as long as it takes to wait in the drive-through line . Not exaggerating. Its been this way for about nine months used to be OK before. Whoever owns and manages the store has no concept of customer service or quality. The McDonalds on Lincoln Street used to be the worst place to go but Taco Bell has now surpassed them. I dont know where theyre getting their help from ...? I know you dont get paid a lot but people please take pride in your work youll never advance in anything you do in life if you cant handle the little stuff. May be too deep for a fast food restaurant, but what the heck Im writing the review right?! People get a clue !

Absolutely worst experience today. The girl whom took our order and brought our food out, although cute, was a complete and utter rude dodo bird and completely ignored me and walked away as I was trying to tell her my received order was totally incomplete. I was already pulled up past the last drive thru window waiting with the other 4 people in front of the "restaurant" waiting for our order. Now unveiling my quesarito, I realized it has been festering in the toaster oven far too long and is burnt to the crisp. And Im one who sets his marshmallows on fire. As you can see this is UNACCEPTABLE. The other girl who worked there was very pleasant and seemed like she was trying, and the manager was trying to round up the kids and rope In what little ethics those animals have to maybe get one to sweep the Damn floor. I feel you sir, they are a mess. I have faith in the Bell. Shouldnt have gotten rid of that original sign too. Blah.

Anyone giving this place a good review has got to be a bot. By far the worst service of any fast food location i have ever gone too. I inly come here because it is 2 min from my house but never again. Todays issue.... no beef! How do u run out of beef? Cant be too suprised though bc 2 other occasions when i went for kfc they had NO CHICKEN! So they may or may not have standard items if u go here and add that to the slowest service ever. Sometimes you could go next door and order a pizza and have it made faster. Last time i came here the a woman was complaining about waiting 30 min so 3 of us just got out of line and left. Ive waited for 20 min with only 3 people ahead of me before. But no more. I will never go to this taco bell again and i advise you to do the same. Last 3 visits no chicken (left store), 30 plus min wait (left store), and just now no beef so i had to leave again.

i like beef tacos, so i dont eat here since they used that pink slime crap. they supposedly stopped but their meat texture still isnt like any other hamburger on the planet. i think some guy sued them a few years ago for even calling their meat "beef", because less than 50% of it actually was. it wont stop the people who go there from liking it, but if you want good mexican food and are not high then you probably should try elsewhere.

Its the wait the staff is friendly and all outs just its bad enough i have to eat out when i do . I get its good prices for there $5boxes. But its supposed to be fast food not slow food wait 40min for 2 $5 box meals and you leave and the ice in your drink is already melted because it was so long and hot in there and wont do drive thru because they always mess something up.

Not a bad place to stop and get a quick bite. Service is typical also, young adults in the workplace. This particular store is a little dirty sometimes, with multiple overflowing trash bins. My only complaint is that the chain needs to update their menu from the analog menu to the digital menu.

Thats my favorite hang out spot. Barely any lines if you go indoors, always clean and the food is amazing. I started bringing my friends there and they love it too. Became our new spot to hang out. Cant believe i didnt see that spot before. Now is like my number 1 place for fast food.

This place just got a re-model, but for all the money they spent, it still isnt managed well enough. Last visit, out of sheer necessity, will be my final visit. The crunchy taco shell was stale, and they had no ice. Too many complaints, and not even a good value for your money.

The staff changing over many times here has hurt the quality of what was once my favorite Taco Bell. Ive had mis-made orders, or under portioned orders, comparing to other Taco Bells in Worcester county. They do keep it clean and I always eat inside because of that.

This location is fairly hit and miss. Use the mobile app to help ensure they get the order right. And check before you drive away, Ive had to go back for missing items. On the upside, the food is generally decent - at least for Taco Bell & KFC standards.

The place is a train wreck. Tables are dirty, fountain soda area a mess. The bottom of my tray was sticky. My "soft" tacos had hard spots. Would have given one star, but figured at least the lights were on and that counts for something.....

Worst service ever. I waited 25 minutes after order and went back to check. They didnt know my order was not being prepared. They didnt even apologized. Never going again.
