I totally dont get the bad reviews. I bought a couple of wraps while traveling on the turnpike and loved them. The food is fresh and tasty. Yes, it is pricier, but you get what you pay for. I couldnt believe how many people were standing in line as the fast food burger joint next to Fresh City. I guess the bottom line is that you cannot save people from themselves! I will do Fresh City whenever I travel through. Really awesome food!

Filthy and workers had no idea what they were doing. Took to long screwed up order and after waiting a very lengthy time we asked for our money back. A woman in lone for aa long time finally asked for her money back. Not good for business when people are asking for money returns! ! Get it together.The manager was the worst!

Very disappointed. Stopped as a healthy alternative while driving only to be told that they only had the "1st menu" available. Not sure if this is actuality, as the employee was next door at the pretzel place and made me wait 5 minutes before coming over...or just plain lazy.

I purchased an apple from fresh city. When I took my first bite the bottom of the apple was decayed on the inside. On inspecting the other apples many where the same. It was discussing. How difficult is it to put fresh fruit out every day?

Arrived 1/2 hour before close and most of the food had been put away and all the while a group of 4 employees are standing around hanging out talking. Terrible customer service skills...

I visited on a busy day and there was no problem with ingredients. Chicken kalamata sandwich with dark honey wheat was fresh and tasty. Four stars since its a bit pricey.
