Just went tonight and was extremely disappointed, and not by the food either which was actually decent. It had to do with the horrendous service we received while we were there. We were greeted by a less then enthusiastic waitress who didnt seem to care at all if we were there or not. Very bland attitude and unhelpful. She seemed more interested in getting back to her cellphone which happened to be more important later on during the 15 minute wait for a refill on a drink, or the fact she never asked how things were during the entire meal....This is not the main issue though. After the first bite into a panini, we were surprised to find a nice long hair dangling out and partially cooked into the food. Now, its crappy to find hair in your food but its understandable, it happens sometimes and you just gotta let your server know and get it taken care of. After we told our waitress, she didnt really seem to care, said "um...do you want something else?". Well yeah, we want the same thing just lacking the hair of course, we dont want to eat this now, this is why we brought it up. Of course we didnt put it that way though. She picked it up and took it back and we got a new one. Problem is, we never got an apology from her, from the managers or owners, no nothing from no one. Not right at that moment, not when we were leaving, not ever. Discount on the check? No. Just a bad attitude waitress who couldnt wait for us to leave. If I owned a restaurant and a customer had an experience like that, I would do whatever I could to make sure that even though they had that issue, that I could still win them over to be a return customer. Give a sincere apology from a manager/cook/owner or at least the server for crying out loud when we showed it to her. Isnt that what a considerate human being does in any situation such as that? Give a discount on the check. Whatever it would take to make sure they could potentially come back, which is not something were ever going to do.

I remember going here as kid with my Dad and the food was great. After returning for the first time in years I was surprised how much its changed. The bacon is pretty cooked in the AM, the service was unpleasant and when we asked for something to be extra crispy it was brought to us as mushy as ever. Our server never even wrote down our modifiers for the food. Nor did it seem like she cared much about us being being there. Ive worked as a cook in the industry for 4+ years and this was unacceptable for how slow the restarauant was.

Wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The chicken was so dry I could have shredded it, the food and service overall was horrific. The could have cared less if we were there or not. Took forever even for the staff at the counter to acknowledge we had walked in the door then they yelled to us from the counter without even getting up, I guess they didnt want to disturb their conversation with the other staff, to just sit anywhere. Dont go there its not worth the bad food and aggravation.

Absolutely horrible service. My wife and I went here for breakfast and left after receiving our food. Her bagel was burnt, and my sandwich was stone cold in the middle. I wouldve stayed and asked to have our meals fixed but it was the service that blew me away. I have never heard a more foul mouth than on our server. She was very disrespectful to other customers as they left. I would never go here again

The experience was awful. Wanted breakfast and was extremely disappointed. The omelet was dried out, the home fries were not cooked even though we asked to have them well done with onions. The onions were not cooked as well. Cold tasteless and old food.Server didnt care we were unhappy.Server was not friendly and very negative. No apology, will never be back. Extremely poor

The kitchen looks like it has not been swept in forever, the food is mediocre and the waitress was the worst. She never asked how our food was and after 10-15 minutes waiting for the check we had to ask another lady to get it for us. Along with all of this the lady who cashed us out had a major attitude after I said the serves was terrible. I will never go back.

This restaurant is a stalwart presence in our community. The food is great and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. This is not a trendy, pretensions place, rather as the name implies, it is a place for friends and families to meet and eat. Its my familys favorite place to go for Greek food.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years and it is one of our favorite places to eat. We actually have renamed it Turkey Sandwich World because they have the best warm open faced turkey sandwiches with French fries and gravy. Ummm! Love it!

Town and Country has always satisfied my appetite. They have a flavorful Greek flare along with American fare available for those times when I am craving Mediterranean cooking and the price is affordable, less than $10... Well worth it!

Cozy diner. Great service and food. Only complaint is the coffee is typical of a diner; not bad, just a touch watery and weak. Go to leaf and bean afterward for a good strong cup.
