Best customer service experience Ive ever had. EVER. Better than Wegmans, better than Disney! I had a friend coming from out of town and stopped by to get a couple racks of ribs on my way home. Running tight on time, I started the fire as soon as I got home. Upon opening the ribs, I noticed that they had become slightly spoiled. The package was punctured and no longer vacuumed sealed. I called to ask about exchanging them, but I neglected to even take my receipt when I went through the self check out. Thought this would be a MAJOR hassle and Id have to run out and get more ribs somewhere else. Instead Adam Kasperkowski (one of the managers) arranged for the delivery of two fresh racks of ribs to my house! Dinner was a little later than expected that night, but we ate like KINGS thanks to someone who takes pride in their work, and a personal interest in their customers.

In a town ran by Wegmans, Tops does little to try to keep up. The Bonus Card system is a sham. Everything is marked high so that the "savings" you get are actually not that great. The employees are never around to help if needed and if you do ask a question, 9 times out of 10 times they have no idea how to answer. (Ill blame that on the management.) I only go there for the donuts , which are actually quite good, and the bank , which has the nicest tellers of any bank in Rochester.

Generally less crowded than wegmans, and the employees are more helpful and nicer here. They have most of the same things at wegmans, maybe less in the prepared foods section (carry out cafe is still nice though). I prefer to shop here over wegmans and I feel I do end up saving money here as opposed to wegmans with the bonus card

i have to give kudos to a simply wonderful lady named Charlene ... she helped me find the items that i needed, then cashed me out, smiling all the time ... if all Tops employees were as courteous and friendly as she was, your business would increase many times...

TOPS is great for picking up something quick from the store. Their bakery is also pretty good as well. Otherwise items can tend to be expensive compared to other stores in the area. The TOPS card does add up in gas savings though.

Easy access. Huge selection. GREAT prices. Huge savings deals. Some of the cashiers are slow. But definitely worth the trip. Definitely better and cheaper than the other place.

It took forever to check out. The store was clean bit not one staff member was smiling. My cashier was rude to her fellow coworker who offered to assist her.

Im pretty much homebound now and cant get to the store as much I would like to. I wish Tops would start a home delivery service. Love their fried chicken!
