The service is always prompt with the staff being friendly, patient, and willing to help. The baked goods are great, yet some sell out well before the days over. The menu changes often, with new items that reflect the current season being added often. This gives visits a fresh experience each time if one is wanting to try something new. This location also offers plenty of outdoor seating as well that include large umbrellas to offer shade. As a whole, Ive never had bad experiences here, but during my last visit I couldnt drink their water. Something about it really just tasted off, despite refilling and sipping new glasses a few times.

The most annoying and obnoxious Panera you will ever visit. 9/10 times something is not correct with the order. 20 questions during the payment process is annoying and ridiculous and they know and love it. Initially wed have group meetings at Panera but after my colleagues and I realized just how bad this Panera is, we stay clear of it and warn others. When not in a business meeting, I (initially) would take my family - big mistake. Twice they were out of "bread" bowls....hello - your name is Panarea BREAD. Terrible.

The management staff is very helpful in allowing me to set up a nice display in a section of their restaurant for a few hours to promote my business. Where I was allowed to set up, it was right by the door so customers would walk in and see the display. Thankfully- the general manager is really supportive and allowing me to come back! :D

While the food may be decent, the free Wi-Fi is basically a lie of internet. With even a handful of users during lunch hours I cant even stream music. With a speedtest, only pulled .55 MB down. Why even offer free wifi if it is so useless.

Price for what you get is high. Its hard to fill up on less than $16 at a fast food sandwich shop! Thats too high, especially for what they pay their employees. The food does taste good, however, and is made of relatively quality ingredients.

My first time going there was a great experience! My cashier was Agnes, really friendly with a big smile and she recommended me a salad which was very good too! However the restrooms was a little bit dirty but overall good place to eat.

I had a bad experience with bread order not being complete but, did receive a call trying to reconcile, have to give credit for this, mistakes get made and it really helps when the sentiment is someone does care. Bread is the best.

Sourdough bread is about as good as it gets, as well as the tomato and broccoli cheese soups. Tried their latest special--lemon chicken with orzo--delish!! Lots of lemon, for you lemon lovers.
