how sad i went there today to border a white cake with white icing,the girl had no clue and tried to sell me a cake that was there and said she only had that, not the white cake, i asked could i get one for tomorrow afternoon and she said it was not possible to get a plain white cake the next day is a complete and utter joke.when i asked why she refused to answer my question.i said is this a bakery and again she would not answer, i rate the customer service is RATED A BIG FAAAAAT 0.a shame i could not go lower. the state magazine made a mistake putting the store in the book . the help had no concern about it only to push what was there. i will never spend another cent there. as i left i told her i will go back to the only dependable place for a cake APPLE ANNIES, by the way got in my car and ordered on the phone from them.will never recommend them again. paul benton

One Belle has been such a treasure- glad we found them! They did our wedding cake and it was wonderful- the amaretto cake is out of this world! Now I go by and just a get slice sometimes (when they have them available), and I feel like Im back at the reception, or just adding a celebration to my day. My sister and her husband love the Pineapple and rum flavored cake. Her husband has some food allergies, so to find something sweet that he eats - and even looks forward to having- is a rare gem. Thank you to Anna and everyone there. You are truly a blessing and are making life here a lot sweeter.

One Belle made our dream wedding cake. It was absolutely beautiful and they were so easy to work with. The cake came out perfect and we had so many compliments on it. It also tasted amazing. We had a fun cake tasting before we placed our order but we were sold after first bite. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and even changed our cake a bit after our final headcount was smaller than we originally planned. Delivery and set-up was seamless. We would highly recommend One Belle for your wedding cake!!

Anna is ultra-talented! She creates some of the most incredible cakes Ive ever seen. And Ive seen a lot of cakes! As a wedding photographer Im constantly seeing new cakes, and Annas always impress. Not to mention the taste!! OMG it should be a crime to create something so tasty. Her bakery and cafe is gorgeous and anyone living in Wilmington should stop by ASAP!!!!

Dont go if youre expecting to get anything but gross donuts and mediocre cupcakes. Theyre always sold out of everything or (as I was told when i asked for macarons) they "didnt make any of those today." What??
