The walls were sparsely decorated with a yellowed menu adorning the upper-right. The menu was simple, mirroring the two deli display coolers...cold cuts, sandwiches, drinks, etc....the tops of which were kept immaculately clean. On the left stood three drink refrigerators offering the usual sodas and sugared elixirs. I ordered a small bologna and cheese, dressed, with a drink. The sandwich would pound Subway in a weigh-in and was every penny worth the $3 I paid. House-made bread, to boot.

I remember going here as a kid and ordering an individual Pizza and a chocolate milk for 2 bucks.....loved the fresh baked rolls and truly authentic Italian bakery. A fixture in Rochester for 40 years plus. A must visit!!!!

I was a school safety of 17 school on that corner and was a regular at charles house in 1972 and always went to Naccas ...small Italian assorted still taste the same and the price hasnt changed much either!
