We were frequent customers when they used to have a booth at the public market. After months of apple fritter deficiencies we finally decided to take a trek over to their brick and mortar location. When we walked in no one was behind the counter, but the store looked clean and smelled so good we wanted to buy all of the remaining donuts. A young girl came out of the back and walked past the counter, did not look at us, welcome us, or inform us of a wait. Then an older man came out from the back, did not look at us, did not greet us, did not ask us if we wanted anything. We waited a couple of minutes for one of them to pass by the counter again and the man did, but he did not even pause and still did not even acknowledge our existence. How rude! I was so taken aback, I walked right out. I guess they dont like money??

Awesome hard rolls, sourdough bread, cookies and desserts! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Rolls are the most consistent and soft we have found so far! Delish!
