I called to see about changing my order for my wedding cake. The contract says no refunds, but my mother insists on making my wedding cake after my fiance put down a deposit. I was trying to have All Occasion Cakes make another cake for me and apply that money towards the new cake, but it did not work out. It was like pulling teeth to just get her to open up to the idea of applying the money towards another purchase. We are still 4 months away from the date of the wedding. She kept saying I will have to check with my lawyer. I ended up telling her to keep the deposit money as it is not worth dealing with her nor this company again, at all. So yeah loosing $75 is worth being free of this lady. The icing on the cake- the last thing she said to me before she hung up "Kiss My Backside!". So their cakes may taste good but the customer service sucks! I would avoid them.Jeff P.

I bought a cake and it was mutil level however I did not even make it around the corner and the cake shifted. By the time I got home 5 miles way it had broken to the point we just scraped it into a container. I found the wooden sticks way to deep and provided any protection from movement. I will not buy another and if you do please make sure you dont drive 5 mph around a corner. I called and let them know. They said it had never happened before. Maybe so, we took the loss but never will they get our money again. I am only saying be very careful on how you move your cake. its will and can side.

Ordered two cakes from here for a family/friends gathering. We went to pick up the cakes at the set time we planned and no one was there to give us our order. It looked like absolutely no one was home. We tried to call multiple times and no one would answer or return our messages. We will never order from here again. Awful customer service, at least call or email if something last minute came up and it would be a problem to pick up.
