Incredibly poor customer service. Poor enough to want never to interact with the employees. They never answer the phone. Ordering online is not an option. It should be especially considering how poor the service is. I assume they take the phone of the hook. One of the workers was outside arguing with his girlfriend and watching me wait for 20 minutes instead of actually working. The food however is consistently good, cheap, and hot. The venue is spacious, well-lit and comfortable. They do need a better vent. You will leave this place smelling like fried food if you stay for more than 10 minutes.

So far my family experience with Magic Wings has been great, from walking in ordering to having it delivered. I always order the same thing but it always on point, to me they now have the best wings on the westside hands down.....Please keep this great food around and support it tell everyone you know to give them a try!!!

Food is EXCELLENT prices are more than decent. Friendly atmosphere. Only complaint is that section of chili is extremely busy.. BUT TO AVOID THAT I now only order for delivery. Lemon pepper and BBQ is my favorite. Hopefully they will start to have more sides. More "soul food" sides IF NOT ILL STILL CONTINUE TO ORDER.
