Ive been here many times with no problems. But tonight me and my girlfriend went here to celebrate for her new car. The waitress we had name was Pricill and I asked for a Lehigh Burger with no bacon. When she brought out the food the burger had bacon on it. I asked if I could have a new burger because I asked for no bacon. We also had to ask for bread. She took my plate and shook her head walking to the back. She came back in like a minute and half with my burger. She just set it down and walked away fast then went to the bathroom. I wanted to ask if she replaced my burger or if she just took the bacon off. She came out the bathroom after a long while, and I asked her, and she said yeah I just took the bacon off, whats the big deal?i said I dont eat pork and I said no bacon , can I please have a new burger. She went on this rant about how I should of stressed about the severity of me not wanting bacon , and how Im just like her child who doesnt like syrup touching her food. During this time she also poured the wrong drink into my girls cup. Finally she said ok Ill get you a new burger waked away with stank attitude shaking her head. At this point I didnt want the burger because of her attitude and how she treated the burger last time. She thought it would be ok to just give someone the same burger (that they asked for no bacon on) with the bacon just picked off and most likely just microwaved the burger since the cheese was melted on it. And the bacon was under the cheese originally. Ok back to what I was saying at this point I didnt want the burger so we asked a waitress we were familiar with, and she said ok and Im sorry that happened to you. Are waitress comes back saying, are you sure you dont want your burger? I said no, I dont want the burger now I lost my appetite after you brought me back out the same burger that had bacon on it. She gave a little rant again how I should stress the importance of me not wanting bacon and how Im like her child who doesnt like syrup touching her food. She comes back later slaps the bill down and says, I didnt charge you for the burger, but I did charge you for the fries. My girl told the waitress we are familiar with an asked if we could speak to a manager. The girl from the front desk came to are table saying the the manager had to step out for a minute, but dont worry about the bill, and Im deeply sorry for what happened. So the entire bill was thrown out. I like this place and use to go all the time. I gave three stars only because this waitress Priscill ruined are celebration dinner. Because its not just about the food its about the experience me and my girl wanted to have together. Which I think the other people there understand.

A quaint diner predominately patronized by aging locals; the food is plentiful and delicious classic faire at a fair price. Cleanliness was very good to excellent (maybe someone watched Robert Irvine rant about dusty hvac registers?) With most every area of the restaurant immaculate. The overall food quality was good to very good. The only thing that kept the food from excellent was simply the budget constraints they likely face with their predominant and declining demographic. Still they manage to have seasonal and special items such as their pumpkin soup which I highly recommend. I think if a somewhat younger crowd, perhaps looking for something a little "retro" or just different, and who were willing to pay more to get more were to start coming here (thus lifting their budget constraints) you would see some really amazing things out of this quaint little diner. The staff were all excellent. Courteous, friendly and very helpful.

GREAT food for AMAZING prices. Still cheapest in town! .. Serves breakfast lunch and dinner. A perk, breakfast is served all day as well. There are daily lunch and dinner specials, homemade soups and a delicious decadent pie case, that serves everything from fruit pies, cream pies and specialty desserts as in carrot cake ,cherry cheesecake, baklava cheesecake and peanut butter mudslide just to name a few, so bring your appetites when coming here because that pie case is right when you walk in! The staff is always accommodating and friendly.. Alot of servers seem to know the customers names. Wonderful place over all.

Stopped by this morning (Sunday) for breakfast with some friends. The place was packed, but as usual the service quick, polite and the food was great! Definitely recommend this place for a good breakfast :)
