The food was disgusting and over priced. My chicken and biscuits had huge chunks of celery in it that werent even cooked all the way. My boyfriend ordered the mushroom chicken and it was so dry that you couldnt even chew it (it was like chewing on rubber). Also the host was super rude. The resturant wasnt busy and we were standing at the door for a solid 5 minutes because the host didnt notice us. He also ran into me and didnt apologize or excuse himself. The only good thing about this restaurant was the super sweet waitress that we had. I will never come here again or recommend it to a friend!

Maybe we just got this spot on a bad understaffed night. It was terrible. Slowest service Ive literally ever had at a joint like this, we waited over 10 minutes before finally waving someone down to ask for drink refills, after asking we waited another 15 minutes. Brought the wrong meals for a different table. Multiple occasions of asking for something and then the employee forgetting to bring it. Food was pretty good, although the gyro didnt come with much meat and Ive definitely had better. The melt sandwich was good once we finally got it after getting another meal first.

Ive never had anything but great food and great service at Peppermints. Youll be greeted by the enthusiastic owner George or an equally joyful employee. The coffee is delicious, and the home-brewed iced tea is perfect during the summer. Food comes out fast and warm, and the portions are definitely generous. If you have room for dessert, the variety of pies, cakes, and Greek desserts are a perfect final touch. Additionally, the environment is nice, and free wi-fi is a great touch!

Really solid diner food in a classic diner atmosphere. Flavorful hash browns, a nice crisp on the corned beef hash, nicely cooked over easy eggs (no runny whites and gooey yolks), and fast efficient service. They clearly had some regulars who they knew well and were talkative with, but could tell we werent there for conversation. The coffee could have been better quality, but it was nice and plentiful! Great place to start a lazy weekend morning or quietly nurse a hangover. ;)

We were delightfully surprised by the food at this family restaurant! What a treat! The Jack Daniels Chicken was delicious, flavorful - perfect. The side dish of French fries were cooked just right. The side dish of vegetables enchanced the meal. The Spanokopita was out of this world together with the Greek salad. Also the friendly hostess made us feel cared for and welcomed. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be happy and content from her attention.

It looks nice on the outside and the waitress was nice. I ordered the turkey dinner. There was 95% stuffing and mash potatos. Maybe 5% turkey and broken up into small pieces. It took less then 4 minutes to eat this for a price of over $12.00. The waitress said it was real fresh turkey and that is why it falls apart. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said dont bother and was out of there within a few minutes. It was terrible.

Amazing, homestyle casual breakfast. First of all our server was amazing and obviously loved her job by the way she acted. Coffee was delectable. I felt terrible not finishing my plate the foods was amazing! Currently on a roadtrip and was looking for a bite to eat for breakfast. This is definately the place. The flavor and portions you are getting are well worth the price. Worth every penny. If i could Id probably stop by again!

They have great food and great service. Its the restaurant of choice for breakfast and a good choice for lunch if you are in the area. I have never had dinner there. The decor is nice. The wait staff are attentive and polite. The environment is fairly private and quiet - perfect for a business/networking meeting. The place is frequented by policemen because it is right around the corner from the Henrietta sub-station.

I was attracted by the name and the outside of the building. I was shocked at the size of the portions!! They were Huge!! Usually large portions are served in places like Iowa, did not think to sexe the same in NY...loved it!! Had a good laugh with the owner...it was observed that there were a few people named George...in the restaurant..at that the same time.

Peppermints has good diner fare. Great Breakfasts, good lunches/specials. George and the staff try to take care of your needs. This has been a regular lunch and occasional lunch or dinner spot of mine for over 20 years. I dont get here as often, but am always greeted by Friendly folk and great comfort food.

I work in Henrietta and to find a good lunch spot is somewhat difficult. I love thier Turkey Sandwich because its real turkey...and its amazing. The service from the waitress was great because I did not even have to ask for a refill. Love the food love the service...highly recommend them.

Great for breakfast. We visited this family diner while staying in a nearby motel. Our service was great and we loved the fresh Maine blueberry pancakes. I was pleased with the big selection of herbal teas, too. Wish wed been around to try the Greek food for lunch.

Came for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was ok and decor is nice but food was not the greatest. Coffee was very strong. The 222 came with only 1 scrambled egg which tasted awful and pancakes were chewy. Bathrooms are disgusting.

Ive had two terrible sandwiches here, a cold tuna melt and an overcooked Reuben. Even after asking for the tuna melt to be heated (you know, melted) it still came back cold. Much better diners can be found on the same street.

For an out of town truck driver, to find a sit down restaurant,that treats you like family is very very rare. The food is awesome and very reasonably priced. What a great lil gem,the locals are extremely fortunate!

This is a regular stop for lunch/brunch for my boyfriend and I... Its not high end food, but if youre looking for tasty comfort food standards, there really isnt anywhere better. Their Peppermint Burger is AMAZING.

Ham & cheese omlet was great. My co-workers had a chicken wrap & a burger. Both said their food was very good. Prompt service. Very clean. The only thing I had to wait for was the bill.
