i ate at Culpeper va store yesterday and the onion ring recipe is NOT the old recipe..... and i had 2 and 3 onion ring slices stuck inside one ring and batter uncooked....... also they had TIP JAR on counter not a charity jar a TIP JAR for the workers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! huh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????? sooo wrong fast food!!!!!!!!!!!!! no tvs or news to watch just way to loud music....... my lunch was awful and i was sad that i spent ten bucks for a bad lunch......i make 8 50 an hr .....so i worked hard to pay for a day out........disappointed and i was customer in manassas va for 25 yrs....... coupons maybe..????? i will give another try!!!!

Went to this location 2/16/2014 and Alex the young employee that will probably always be a fast food worker was so rude from the beginning to the end of this horrible experience. I have a little cold and my voice is a little hoarse, I started to make my order and all the sudden he starts laughing at the end, Ask me to repeat it, when I got to the window he kept shutting the window before I could finish, I asked to speak to the manager and they had the nerve to laugh and said he was busy. This young man is a true Loser with no potential in life and that Popeyes should be closed , They always get the order wrong and the management is horrific.

I have been there only 3 times and every time something with the order was incorrect. I had the wrong drink, food missing in the order, and just the complete wrong order. Times that I visited were in the middle of the afternoon during the week, so I am not sure what is going on with the staff. Two out of the three times (using the drive thru) I had to pull up and wait, mind you I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time. The young lady working the drive thru was not very considerate either. Would give it one star, but I am sure it is just the staff at this particular location.

Ive been to this Popeyes probably a couple dozen times in the past three years. It has gotten progressively worse. When ordering tenders, tend to be mixed spicy and mild regardless of what you wanted that day. Staff doesnt offer condiments with something Im guessing the majority of people consider necessary with a dipping meal. Sometimes the food is cold or warmed in grease again. Nasty. Beyond this, they sometimes ask for the zip code to your credit card which shouldnt be necessary so I reported them to the credit card company.

Staff very friendly and restaurant clean. However the food was horrible. Chicken over cooked and no meat. Order we got to go was wrong and also horrible. Ridiculously expensive for very little food. Drove miles out of our way to go there and obviously disappointed. Never again!

Ordered through the drive thru 2 times and first, they were out of Lettece for the tender sandwich. The second time they were put of pickles!! Two separate visits for the same sandwich and they were out of something!! Not happy! Not sure I will go back!

Order two three price chicken meals one with onion rings and one with fries paid over $20 and had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. Get home and one is nothing but fries and 3 onion rings no chicken. Never going to this location again.

Current deal on menu board was not available... as usual higher price items were available... gravy should be available as a dipping sauce for tenders and not considered a side dish

There wasnt a single healthy option on the menu, the first meal option on the menu was missing, and literally nothing in the bathroom worked. Eat somewhere else!
