Went in to order a two piece chicken dinner and didnt see it on the menu. Asked the counter girl where are the two piece dinners listed and she said they are not listed on the menu anymore. Asked her how much they were and she was not sure. I couldnt believe it. Apparently you find out how much they cost after you place the order. I walked out and wont ever return. As others have noted, the employees are very nonchalant and seemed to have an attitude problem. Act like they really dont want to help you.

I love Popeyes but this one always tries to skimp you. I normally get spices tenders and sometimes they lie and say there are none until I tell them its an option. Then when I get my 3 count chicken tenders, one is so small it shouldnt even count. Also extremely over priced for what you get. The staff is wonky and very creepy. I got hit on by the drive thru from the guy taking my order which made the process of getting my food extremely difficult. Worst Popeyes.

This is perhaps one of the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to. The staff is nonchalant and lethargic about pretty much everything. The food was alright, though they got my order wrong completely the first time. My impression of this location is terrible, at best. Do not eat here as there are much better restaurants in the area.

This is the worst popeyes that I have ever been to. They routinely run out of chicken and when they have chicken they make you wait for it for 10 to 20 minutes. Today they ran out of chicken tenders and indicated that would not have any until next week. Im not sure how they stay in business. We need a Popeyes just not this one.

Last time I went my order was incorrect, the cashier that served me avoided eye contact to reconsiled the mistake. Her manager came and fixed it after I stood up there for 5 minutes. I watched her dump the food I had taken to my table from my tray back into the heat lamps to serve other customers.

The spicy fried chicken is quite good... when you can get it. This location frequently runs out of things. The staff is apologetic, but it keeps happening. Ive also had my order messed up several times when using the drive up window. Needs improvement, and maybe a visit from corporate.

You can tell the employees hate their lives when they screw you order up. I ordered a mild # 3 (fried chicken) MILD, but after several bites you could see the spicy seasoning on the chicken which I didnt like. Fried chicken lovers beware of this particular store!!

Yestarday a visit the Leesburg location and Im be attend for Kelle. She did a great job, super good customer service, very patience and focus in service. BTW the food is awesome, very good taste and nice portion. In general a good experience. Go and tried!!!

Asked for the $5.00 Favorites box on Sat May 28th and was told there was no $5.00 box. Except on TV it was advertised as a special until the 29th of May. this is the second time this has happened to me at the Leesburg Store in the last month.
