Went in with a party of 10 on a Sunday afternoon about 13:00, the restaurant was half empty. The service started out ok, but quickly turned into a game of has anyone seen our waiter. When we did get his attention he looked suppressed that we needed anything. Our food orders came out one and two at a time 1 hour after we order! The manager had some lots lame excesses. The food was ok, but lunch took three (3) hours.

Great people and delicious food! The management here is very responsive to the needs of each diner. Due to complex dietary restrictions, it took us a long time to get our meal, and mistakes were made. But management quickly fixed up our meal and even adjusted our check to compensate. Thanks Ruby Tuesday!

I had a really amazing experience here today. The server Erica really connected with my four-year-old and made her feel special and added to my experience. Even if the food was terrible, which it is not, I would return for the service. It was perfect for a little dinner date with my princess.
