I went with a large party from work, they had all of our orders in advance and knew when we were coming. There was no one behind the bar for nearly 15 minutes. Not a good start. I ordered the GRILLED BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP grilled chicken, tossed in our signature buffalo sauce, lettuce, diced tomatoes ‘n green onions, cheddar jack cheeses & housemade bleu cheese dressing, grilled whole wheat wrap 8.49 What I got was chicken wing dip in a wrap. I was starving so I ate it, it was terrible. There is a reason why chicken wing dip is served on a chip. No one should eat that much of it. I left the party early, went home and threw up. NEVER AGAIN Oh, and our party paid them $500. Yuck

You must have to be a regular to get service at the bar. Some bartenders will ignore you a few times while they talk with there friends then after 3 or 4 times stop by and see if you would like anything. Food Ok, just dont try to deviate from the menu, it says one thing but means something else. Only certain people can substitute sides. The Management really doesnt seem to grasp customer service. They will just put you down and tell you your wrong without addressing concerns. Ive witnessed many times here that you have to be in the "in crowd" to be acknowledged when sitting at the bar. Some bartenders are better than others, a few of them could use some people skills.

So the food is great, especially the wings but i have to say it is overpriced we ordered poutine and it was $8 for a pretty small portion. Thats not the reason i gave it 2 stars heck im pretty sure our pwaitress was drunk and thats still not why. The reason is because on sundays they have wings half price so i decided to drive up and when i was close order them to go so i could watch the game at home and enjoy them but to my dismay they informed me the promotion is not valid on to go orders. Mind you this is a 40 minute drive from where i live. I was very displeased and will not eat here again.

Disgusting bathrooms, almost left before eating. Not impressed with anything inside, slow service, no manager visible, cold wings, no refills until completely empty. We got 15% off if we showed our hotel room key, I kind of feel that this restaurant gets many first timers in town because of that. Weve been to the Syracuse location once and hated it and havent gone back. This location in Greece made the Syracuse distillery look fabulous!! Worst restaurant experience in years and we eat out an average of 1-2 times per week.

Long wait to get in after standing for about 5 mim we had to wait another 15 min . Not that many choices to pick from . Waitress took forever! I kept changing my mind on what to get . the food was okay i had better . i had to wait another 5 min for my refill and when i called her name she ignore our table and when she did come she said she forgot the drink. By the time i got it it i was ready to leave. Not so happy I wont be coming here again thats for sure.

Our food was made exactly as we had asked them to make it and it was delicious! Very friendly service as well. The person who waited on us gave perfect recommendations. Music was just a little too loud for my preferences but it was much more tolerable than other comparable establishments. Great food, drink, and service, and the atmosphere was a lot nicer than I expected. Id recommend this place to friends. We plan on going back. :)

I am only giving this establishment 2 stars, because our server was the most pleasant part of our experience. Other than that, from the moment we entered, we could not have felt more unwelcome. Being a former employee, I expected much more from one of the new Distillery locations. Thankfully I never have to make the same mistake by visiting this location again.

Rude service staff food took almost an hour for 4 people when it did come it was cold and wrong and it really didnt taste all that good, some one in my party mentioned it to the manager and he responded with ok sorry and walked back to where ever he was hiding. And the food was simple stuff like wings and burgers no excuse to wait almost an hour For that

A lot of room so you are mostly always sure to find a table or a spot at the bar. Service is usually fast when Ive went, and the bar is large and has a lot of drinks. Their food is really good for bar food, great wraps and even healthy options like turkey guacamole pita, with a side of steamed broccoli. My favorite chain bar for sure...

Waited about 15 minutes for a table, which isnt bad because the Bills v. Patriots game was on. Was greeted by our server Nick. Really awesome guy, quickly got us our drinks and appetizer orders. Buffalo chicken dip and nachos were great! Hot and delicious. Also got chicken parm which was equally as good. We will definitely be returning!

Host told us he would be right back and someone had to remind him we were there. The server seemed like she did not want to be there, quiet, not very cordial. Ordered 2 salads and took a long time even though very few people were there. Afterwards just dropped off check and didnt ask how things were, no rush, etc. Poor service.

Nachos were stale. Mozzarella sticks were only warm, definitely not fresh. And chicken "fajitas" (actually burritos) were nearly room temperature. At this point I had enough and sent them back to be heated up, the waitress happily obliged and apologized. When returned they didnt even taste good. Terrible food but good service.

Very bad experience. The waitress is clueless about food. We had waited over 20 minutes for out appetizer which was only a bowl of chili that came with our dinner. My pasta was burnt. I like the Mount Hope restaurant better. West Ridge sucks...i dont know why i left a tip and never heard of a bar tax. Darn thief.

I had such a horrible experience. Went on a Sunday at 3pm. 1.5 hours later we ate one appetizer, sent back one drink and 3 meals. Only good thing to come from that visit was our whole check was comped. We got a $20 gift certificate to give them a seconf chance but I am hesitant.

Absolutely better than it has been in the past...The times my husband and I have gone in the past, the customer service was completely lousy. The have a lot of new workers now and very polite and respectful service was displayed...we will definitely return to this spot!

Too Much Going On. TVs everywhere, doesnt allow for a real communication. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Gluten- free menu was printed on green card card stock paper and barely readable. Slow service for 6pm on a Sat. Our waitress was friendly, though.
