My fiancé and I called for takeout this evening, and ordered truffle Parmesan tenderloin medium cooked, and a Parmesan chicken pasta with a blooming onion. The sauce for the onion was filled up to a quarter of the cup, the tenderloin not only was over cooked, but literally had the taste and consistency of a hamburger. The baked potato was dry and not even cut. The chicken entree was just a whole breast thrown on the top of some pasta. Not cut, nor did any of the food look as if the cooks put ANY amount of effort into this dinner. I could maybe, JUST maybe, understand if the place was slammed but it is a Tuesday evening and the house barely had 50 people in it. I hate that I wasted a gift card on this meal. I will never return to an Outback Steakhouse. Hamburger for steak prices? GTFO

I really dont think the employees at this particular Outback really care about service or food presentation. The shrimp appetizer was cold and dry and arrived with romaine lettuce that looked like it had been pick out of the trash can. The sweet potato fries came with honey, which we didnt want, but the kitchen couldnt get it right the second time either. My streak, which shouldve been a filet with blue cheese crust, couldve been warmer, was undercooked, and had no blue cheese. Even the steamed veggies, which is my favorite thing on the menu, were over-cooked. We were also charged for a drink we didnt order, and between the Bloomin Onion and the entrees, the waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes. Needless to say, Outback is no longer an option for Mothers Day or any other day.

Did the online "put your name on the list", arrived on time (7:30) & was told 20 minutes. We were a group of 8 but put our name down earlier in the morning. Finally was seated at 8:45!!! Then it when we ordered, food came out quickly but too quickly. It was disgusting. Fish was dry & over seasoned, side item mushrooms were so cold unable to eat, baked potatoes dry and cold, bacon was cold and no longer crunchy, & no refills on our drinks. At 8:45 the place was about empty & it was after rush hour service. Everyone looked like they were just ready to leave. Previous experience was just as bad but it was a friends birthday & this was her choice but no more Outback for me.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Outback. My husband, 1 year old daughter and I were ready to eat after a long day at the beach. We were seated and forgotten. We were not offered anything to drink and no one said nothing to us the whole time. We sat there 20 -30 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. The managers excuse was that we were seated in a bad area. I didnt know there was a such things a bad area in a restaurant. There were servers passing us left and right but we just sat there. The manager compensated us for the inconvenience but we really just wanted to have dinner. I wont go back to that particular one but i will try another one.

Went to Wilmington, NC Outback last evening. After a short wait we were seated and immediately noticed it was noticeably cold. After ordering we asked the waiter if they could cut the AC. Our blooming onion turned cold before we could finish. After the people at the next table complained of the cold I went to the greeter asking to advise the manager of it being cold and we would appreciate it. After arriving at home I was still chilled to the bone and was shivering. The overly cold air there made the experience very poor. The staff did not seem to take our request seriously. I will not wear a coat when I eat at a sit down restaurant.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. They must have changed management or something because I have not gotten a decent meal from there in the last year. The ribs used to be "fall off the bone" tender. Now they are tough and under-cooked. The portion of broccoli is larger than the steak, which is really thin compared to what it used to be. The last time I ordered take out, I asked for extra sauce for the blooming onion ($9, by the way). I got 2 containers, but they were only half full. That was the last straw, they will get no more of my business. Texas Roadhouse is much better - and cheaper!

Just left Outback with my family of 13.Abolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a steakhouse. We order 4 porterhouse steaks. 3 of the 4 came out wrong. Ordered a ribeye came out over cooked. We send back one of the porterhouse steaks. By the time it came back everyone had finished their meal and guess what it was wrong AGAIN. Should of known it wasnt going to be correct when the food came out the server auctioned off the plates because he was clueless where they went. Second time this has happened at this restaurant. By the way the manager never came to our table.

Always a good atmosphere, food, and drinks. A little frustrated on last visit. Took 15+ employees out for appreciation dinner during off season on a slow Tuesday night. I wanted to make a reservation due to size of party, to all be seated together, and peace of mind. Spoke with hostess and manager, both stated a slow night and not to worry, but policy would not allow them to make a reservation even with a deposit. Had a good time, ran up quite a tab, but the reservation experience made us feel unappreciated.

It was a pretty bad experience. Me and my fiance was sat in a corner next to their wash bucket which didnt smell great. It was lunch time so we expected smaller portions, but these were ridiculous. I got the chicken breast (delicious) but only got 10 fries!! My fiance had the steak and shrimp the shrimp was cold! Not everything on the menu was available :( Overall we was disappointed. We live in Raleigh and I love the outback there!!!! This one just wasnt up to par.... Service was good though!!!

I love outback food, so I get it to go when I can, which isnt often. Seems like whenever I go to this location though, there is always something wrong, tonight it was the bread i asked for. Which seems small, and is, but when its always something clearly there is an issue with attention to detail. Ive been a server 10+ years, so i know how it is but an issue on every visit will make you think twice about going, even if the food is good....

This was my first bad experience at Outback. Its been a few years since I have been to an Outback restaurant. The only reason I didnt give them 1 star was the service was good. My salad had a lot of bitter lettuce and very watered down dressing. They use to give it to you on the side. The iced tea was also very watery. It took them 3 tries to get my steak cooked correctly, We just finally gave up and left.

The last three times that I have been to this establishment I have had issues. The last time there was a hair in our butter. The time prior I was served ice cold Salmon. The time prior I waited an hour for rare steak and everyone at my table had more we done food served to them before me. When my steak arrived it was well-done and I did not get my fixed plate until everyone else had eaten.
