This is one of Paneras busier local restaurants on eastern Long Island, probably being its proximity to the Tanger Mall Outlet stores across the street. It is neither the cleanest or the fastest that I have ever been to but the food is always predictably good and if you text the order in you can avoid the wait in line. Because it is so busy, the management needs to police the table area a little bit more often and clean off the tables and push in the chairs to at least make it look a little bit neater and more inviting. This last visit I was a little bit disappointed with the call in order because the employee who bagged it put the broth bowl on the bottom of the bag and then crushed it with a few heavier items so we ended up with a real mess on our hands.....a bunch of soggy sandwiches and only half a bowl of soup. As the holiday season wanes, Im sure that these problems will go away so we will continue to frequent the place.

A few days ago, I ordered a Chicken Cesar Salad from Panera in Riverhead, and the chicken was accidentally left off the salad. After politely calling Customer Service and explaining my dilemma, I was given a voucher for a free half-salad. Earlier today, I returned to the Panera in Riverhead and was not only given a free Full Salad (instead of the half-salad); the manager also comped my large Iced Coffee. Needless to say, this was good customer service! The past few weeks Ive been trying to loose some weight by eating healthier foods, so I will be now spending much more time and money at Panera. Great customer service goes a long way!

The place is dirty ! Flies on counter and food area . Sloppy dressed employees with hair in faces and hanging by food!! Food sandwiches are so not worth the money o e peice of Turkey and nothing but half slice onion !!! To expensive and not worth it best part was leaving ..

My father has me picking up paninis at least 2-3xs per week. He loves the turkey bacon cheddar panini and black bean soup. Im on my way there now. The food is always fresh and the staff very nice. The Mgr Brian is very good, goes the extra mile for the customers.

Its your usual Panera except that they run out of stuff all the time so dont expect the food you ordered. I ordered a regular grilled cheese and they only decided to tell me they ran out of white bread after I already payed for it so buyer beware.

Can get crowded, and there isnt really table service, but you get your food quickly. The portions are generous, theres nothing artificial in the food, and its always delicious. Good place for families ,close to Tanger Outlet Malls.

Necessary establishment nearby Riverhead Court Building, the staff is efficient and diligent, food exceptional. Expect limited seating and parking at busy hours, including lunch.
