I understand that it just opened for business but there is no excuse for the type of service I received when I went there with friends. We were sat and told the kitchen was backed up and the wait would be 20 minutes before getting our food order taken. Many servers were wandering around talking with one another while others were actually busy. Not 1 bothered to come to our table to ask if we were being helped which we were not. We went to the bar and got ourselves drinks after sitting down for 30 minutes. After a waitress finally noticed that nobody was helping us she stopped and took our order. After apologizing many times for making us wait a while eventually my friend ordered a burger which they had ran out of onion rings for that it came with and she told us she couldnt substitute it for anything else and after waiting so long she couldnt even get us a free drink or accommodate us in anyway nor get us the manager. I said we waited an hour for us to even get food and it may have been a little over an hour and she got loud with me. She yelled loudly that every table turned around to look at her and i was embarrassed for her. She threatened to bring the manager over which she never did even though I told her to. If everyone there is like her then the business is bound to failure. I am lucky enough to get free wings for a year from them and Ill be sure to ask for another waitress if we meet again.

I came here a few times already and had a good time. Food was good. Price was inexpensive. People were nice. But last night was just horrible. Waited a total of 45 minites to be seated when there were 3 large tables wide open. I asked the hostess. Why cant we be seated. She answered with the biggest attitide i have ever seen before in a service orentied business. Im not sure why she has that job. She had no smile. She was angry. She was just trash talking to me. Saying there no servers for that table and along with all the i dont even know what she was saying. Bla bla bla type. Terrible ! ... The Manager came and said i insulted her. Now. What kind of management is this ???? At the end of the day. It just made me laughed. Just read all the reviews. Im not the only one. Left a 20% for the waitress. She was extremely nice but food wasnt as good as the previous times.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in College Point, NY on Sunday January 3, 2016. We arrived at 1:10 pm my niece checked in at the front desk and we were told there would be a 40 minute wait, we had a party of 7 people we waited for 90 minutes I went to the front desk and complain that we are still waiting after 60 minutes I ask to speak to the manager he told me since it was a Jets football game he told me he didnt know how long the wait would be I said to him all the front desk had to say was there would be a 40 minute wait but there would be no guarantee then I would of had the option to stay and wait or leave. I will never go to this Buffalo Wild Wings again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go to the College Point location. Our food took to long to arrive at our table and the food was cold, terrible service....

worse place ever!! the food is bad, the staff is rude.. I came in and I was waiting for the lady to finish talk so I could ask for a table. she knew I was standing in front of her but yet decided to talk to whoever was behind me like I wasnt there. when I call an employee to ask a question about the menu, she cut me off saying that she was not my waiter and because of that she couldnt help. and after all the my order was wrong... so before you get nasty and make people feel stupid remember that the only reason why you have a job is for people like me that goes there to get your service .. I will never go back to this place again and if someone ask me about you Ill make sure to let them know how awful this place is and that they can get better winds and better treatment from the staff un a local bar

I ordered take out in the afternoon and was put on hold twice before I was able to place an order. When I got to the reataurant, there were barely any customers there, many of the employees were standing around, and nobody was behind the takeout register. After waiting a few minutes an employee came rushing out and gave me my order. As I was walking back to my vehicle I realized that I didnt receive napkins and I got regular wings instead of boneless so I went back into the restaurant to try and get my order fixed. Another customer was being serviced as I waited but once that person was finished ordering the employee took a call, put the caller on wait and rushed back into the kitchen. I knew it would take awhile and I was in a hurry so I just left.

If I could leave no stars I would. Called in an order to go and was told 30 to 35 minutes. Showed up and waited in line to let them know I was there to pick up. Order was not ready yet and I was told it would be a few minutes I dont think the ticket was ever put in, fast forward 20 minutes and nothing. I ask the girl again about my order and she looks at me with her tongue hanging out of her mouth and walks away, never to be seen again. A lot of people standing around waiting for orders they paid for, lucky for me I didnt pay so I walked out. Very surprised such a successful corporate food chain would allow such a poor stock of employees. I will try back in several months after a full cycle of new employees.

Food was okay, could be better. Spinach artichoke dip - sauce was good but chips were kind of stale so it was hard to chew. Mac and cheese - pasta was kind of hard. Cheese was more of a sauce-y texture and kind of bland. Buffalo wings - was cooked well. Honey bbq was good. Bourbon honey mustard for some reason kind of spicy but otherwise good. Teriyaki was okay. Didnt taste like teriyaki tho. We were quick seated on Sunday afternoon (3pm). But the service was forever even though there wasnt alot of people there. The waiter was not tentative and we didnt even have any plates to use or drinks refilled. My advice, do not order any spicy wings because you will die of thirst. Overall, couldve been better..

Ive been coming to this location since it was opened. First time I came it was so crowed that the service was horrible. Ordered 1 thing got another. I thought maybe it was bc it was just opened and new employees were nervous. But went another day and same situation happend but this time the food was cold and nasty and there was new employees. Today march 9, 2017 came one more and last time forever at this location. Waiters were nice but the order wasnt taken correctly so we got the most horrible boneless wings Ive ever had. 80% breaded and 20% meat and my fries never arrived on time. Well sorry but this location is a no no in my life.
