Poor management or a lack of adaquate staff plagues this establishment. Our waitress was the only server for the entire bar at Fridays on 7/22/17. And as a result the waitress did everything wrong. Bought out the wrong drinks 3 times, last time brought a drink with sugar because they ran out of sugar free ice tea. My husband complained that if he was diabetic and drank the drink he wouldve went into a diabetic episode in the restuarant. If someone deliberately orders sugar free drinks dont take it upon yourself to give them a watered down sugary drink. Thats means for a lawsuit. We got the wrong appetizers twice. It took forever to get our drinks yet my husband ordered water. While eating, the waitress accidentally knocked my glass of wine over as she walked past. It got all over my dress but I was calm. She cleaned it up including my seat and brought me a new drink. Before the entree arrived the waitress gave us the bill so we could leave. I reminded her we hadnt been served our food yet. Then after dinner we asked for the check there were 3 charges of items we never ordered or didnt recieve. She changed the bill and charged my card. When I got the sheet to sign authorizing payment she charged me $74. My original bill was $36. I again called her back over to ask for a refund and the original bill. She apologized stating she charged the wrong amount yet the slip was in her hand the entire time. Not sure how she made that mistake or whether or not it was deliberate. Albeit it was weird. The entire night was weird. My husband thought the waitress either couldnt read, was autistic or dyslexic. He claimed she made too many mistakes but mistakes of incompetence. I thought she was overworked and overwhelmed as she was the only waitress for the entire bar area.

Now while this is a genuine 4 star its receiving this circumstantially.((( I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE))) even with its flaws .(read below & rate) Me & my lady went too see Spider-Man at the local AMC & It was late & we felt like a drink, being we felt like exploring cause everything was closing, we found ourselves in the other side of the mall in this TGI Frydays (coincidentally to my memory , it may have been a friday) CONS: (mind you it was one hour to closing) -The resturant was a bit messy (not filthy) - The drinks need better selections - The TVs were a bit washed out - The place smelled like a TV Dinner - The crowd needed diversity PROS: (again it was late and in a desolate area) - The staff was very nice (including Security) - The added some extra liquor to my drink cause it was under expectation (no charge) - The bartender "Mike" was very nice & talked beer with (I recommend finding him or asking for him) - Drinks were appropriately priced - They did actually checked ID even late into the night, even at the bar (very nice to see that) - While the crowd was mostly the same, everyone was clean , nice and just trying to have a happy time . (very good experience) Again, I had a good exoierence. I know that this place could have done better for service and effort but , it lacked nothing even close to closing and I enjoyed my time there. I recommend this place .

So Im literally leaving the restaurant now so everything is fresh. When I walked in, the place was pretty much empty and it appeared as though there was a lot of staff on duty so I expected good service. The first thing that went wrong was that instead of getting buffalo wings, I got bbq wings, but the person I was with said I ordered bbq wings so I Iet that go and just ordered another set of wings since apparently that was my fault. Oh yea, our drinks took forever to come and all I ordered was water and my friend ordered an iced tea. The wings lacked seasoning apart from the bbq and buffalo sauces but Im not even getting into that. For my entree I ordered steak. That thing was TOUGH! I could stone a dog with it. The waitress took so long to come with my A1 steak sauce I had to ask someone else for it. My friend ordered a sizzling entree. The mashed potatoes looked like pureed baby food. This is the first time Ive been to any TGI in years. All in all I think the quality of TGI Fridays food has declined. I dont think Ill be going back.

My family and I went for dinner tonight at this TGIF and the server that came to us first was so rude she just walk away and the next thing I know it was a guy that came back to server us then he too the order didnt write anything down we order four salad we got two then we have to wait 30 minutes to get a fork to eat the salad we have to keep on waiting when he finally came the forks were wet we have to dry them ourselves most of my food was cold Im not going back there on top of it he didnt want me to pay with my card he wanted cash so I gave him cash he never bring me back my receipt so I ask for it when he bring it back it was not what the amount he told me at first it was lest and he took my money and then telling me that he can run my card for tip so I say Im not giving you my card Im done with this place.

So I live close to place so frequent it a lot for drinks, however this place is terrible. The wait staff is absolutely terrible. The bartender takes extremely long to make drinks , ordered food had to send it back 2x, food always comes cold and takes forever to come out......annnnddd they are super under staffed.....I understand that there is a payroll budget but this is unreal staff terrible .....understtaffed......and cold food terrible......I watched the bartender make my drink and took the waitress 15 mins to bring it! It was just sitting there.... I had to get up and ask the bartender to pass me the drinks she says I just made them even though I watched my drink get watery

My waiter took forever to get us drinks and come to ask us if we needed anything else, at first Im like ok hes probably busy but how I saw people that came before me get their food and drinks first & then by the time my waiter came to ask me for my drink it 5 minutes pasted happy hour and my drinks were charged regular price , just wish I had a more attentive waiter like the table next to us. But the Ultimate mango margarita was really good. Just annoyed how since from the beginning he gave me a weird look when he looked at my id and seemed like he didnt wanna be there but I just wanted to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks with my husband

Dont let all of the generous reviews here fool you because I just came home from this specific location, and I dont even know where to begin about how horrible my experience was. Dont get me wrong, Ive been to multiple locations before and the food was amazing, but at this particular one the service was very POOR and the food was DISGUSTING. From the moment I walked into that restaurant I felt very uncomfortable because it felt like the place was so filthy that I didnt even want to rest my phone on the table. I will not be going back here for sure because the employees exhibit no professionalism what so ever.
