OK, I admit it, I love chicken. I have been eating at this chain for years and have never had a bad meal. The chicken is always moist and tasty although once in a while I have asked for another meat option when my wing looked too crisp or the thigh looked too scrawny. The sides are always fresh and move fairly quickly. I think they cook the vegetables too much but hey, this is a chain. The mac n cheese is well, cheesy; the sweet potatoes (yams) with marshmallows are awesome; the spinach is delicious; the corn is sweet and tasty. Other options are acceptable but not my favorites. They have new food choices and have expanded the menu. So stop in and see what else they have.

Every year, our family goes to Boston Market to get the creamed spinach for Thanksgiving. The recipe that was used was so close to my great grandmothers recipe, so when we ate it, it was like a blast of nostalgia. HOWEVER, the new recipe, or whatever that grotesque slime was, ended up being the only thing that my family left on the plate. There were 14 people there, and 14 people did not eat it, absolute waste of my time and money! I dont know why it was gritty, and tasted like powdered cheese, but someone needs to change that ASAP.

Consistently good food! Sometimes I get tired of processed food like McDonalds or Burger King. I come here to get real food. Unfortunately, the prices have went up dramatically in the past 2 years!! $11 for a sandwich, soup side, and drink!

Used to go here all the time growing up as a kid. I love their food, everything about it! I wish theyd bring back the cheese covered potatoes that they used to sell. And I wish theyd make their stuffing without onions..

The food is good and fresh. Good staff as well. Only problem is the lines are very long and the service is very slow. If you dont mind waiting for half an hr, its a good place to eat.
