THE WORST!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE AND THE FOOD IS NASTY. THE INSIDE WAS FILTHY AND THEY DONT EVEN GREET YOU WHEN YOU COME IN. THE LADY THAT WORKED THERE EVEN FELT THE NEED TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH ME IN FRONT OF THE STORE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN SAY NOTHING AFTER SHE MESSED MY FOOD UP AFTER I ASKED HER A THIRD TIME IF MY FOOD WAS CORRECT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

One of the worst white castles that I have ever been to and I like White Castle Ive tried them quite a few times because they are the closest in my area and after awhile I just stop trying and I travel to the one in Brooklyn.They really need to work on the quality of their burgers because they dont taste fresh. I dont know what the problem is but theres definitely something wrong.

First of all, there are always homeless people who hang out INSIDE the restaurant and ask you for money. One of them followed me home once. NOT COOL! Second of all, they take forever if you go into the store - if you have a car drive through - they treat the walk in customers like hot garbage. Food isnt too bad, and they stay open late so I will keep coming here though.

They just slow. Inside,outside, just plain slow. No since of urgency from the workers they would rather flirt with costumers and text ok their phones, on more then one occasion they have forgot my order. Im done with this place

Great late night snack Bur it takes way to long to get your food mainly because there in the back playing games laughing having fun that could be more attentive to the customer when you pull up to the drive at 1 am

First time i tried white castle Burger and this is the last, my burger was half done, I bit into it and it was mushy, when I opened it, there were spots of blood...eww
