At this location the service was horrible this evening (my order number was # 71). Let me being by mentioning that they didnt have cup holders no cup holders and when I got home and check my meal was cold. The burger the bread was hard, the cheese was hard and cold and the meat cold as ice. Its look like the make the burger this morning. The fries were cold as well. This is not the way to serve customer the Valley Stream Burger king location is horrible. I called the manager and told him about the horrible service they provide to me. I will not recommend this location to anyone you can get sick with poor service like one. I didnt even went back to the location and I just threw my meal straight in the garbage. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

At Burger King when we were waiting for our food the cashier tried to short a guy $10. Then we get our food and we sit down. I notice we dont have any syrup and we ordered breakfast food. My dad goes up and asks for syrup and they were out of syrup. They didnt bother to tell us that they were out of syrup. This really bother me because when you look at the menu it says Pancakes with maple syrup. So they should tell us that they were out but they didnt.

Shame on me for not checking my food before I pulled out of the drive thru. The burger looked "old and tired". The employee serving me was a bit pushy because he was "on a time limit " (shaking my head). I know the fast food saying...."Speed kills, but not in the drive thru " but everybodys not in a rush! The fries were hot and fresh. Good local fast food eatery. Parking lot clean and well maintained.

After shopping yesterday I became very hungry n decided Burger king is the food of choice. I pulled up to the driving through place my order. The service wasnt bad, however I found one fault. Items such as ketchup,salt ,napkins straws that should come with our meal was missing. I hope Burger king will see this n make the necessary changes

Last night I had a great experience at this burger king. The guy who assisted me through the drive thru was very enthusiastic about my presence. The food was very good and the fries were fresh and hot. This is one of the best burger kings out there. I highly recommend it.

They more often than not screw up the order where I pay for items that are not packed In the bag. If you want to place 2 seperate orders in the drive thru, they make you place one, exit, and return for the next order. Poor customer service

Fast service and very corteous team. I love Burger King for their great menu at great prices. This outlet has a drive through, cozy interior and nice background music provides a good ambience. Parking available with wheel chair accessibility.

Good Burger King location. They keep it clean, food has always been fresh, never had any issues. There is a security guard here. I guess because the high school kids come in groups and act stupid, but I never had a problem.

Stuff is nice but the person who prepares the food doesnt wear the gloves, he had bandaid on the finger. Its a shame, when you work with the food, your responsibility is to follow the Rules, specially the basic ones.
