Check one- get there no idea where the door is. Walk nearly around the entire building to find a way in. Then the gist tells me to hold on 3 times because he kept forgetting to grab a childs seat. Finally he seats us and the table is set without being wiped down. Nasty, my mom sense thankfully brought my own bacterial wipes. Then the toothless waitor. Comes around asks me what I want to drink and kept calling me sweetheart and I was already put off so that wasnt smart. He gave us no napkins. And we hadnt even opened the menus yet when he asks if we want an appetizer. Brushing it off I say we just want to check out the menu first. 20 minutes later he brings us our drink and another 15 he brings my daughter hers. While ordering finally.... I order my daughter some pasta and he goes is that all.... anyone else....really bo one else at the table is going to order. Rediculous. So I order spinicolli chicken and my dad ordered chx parmesian. He come back after 30 min and says of btw we are out of the chx we usually use for the parm we can use tenders instead. I immediately say well if we are getting tenders it better not be 14.29. He goes "dont worry darling Ill reduce the price for you." Ugh, another inappropriate pet name. Finally our food comes and he mine looks like sone I be barfed up some partially cooked food. He then interrupts us as we take our first bite and says its great huh?, (I forget to mention I convinced them to use grilled chx instead). Through a toothless saliva spraying mouth he then proceeds to ask of we want breads sticks. .. "free of charge of course" (how offensive?)all while raising his hands in gesture. Im boiling and laugh because as he walks away I notice our entrées came with sticks on the plate.. he then lies about adjusting the price for the parm and there are little bits of paper in my entrée. In short, dont waste your money. For that we spent 50+ dollars. Its disgusting and over priced with poor unprofessional service.

I would give zero stars but then I wouldnt be able to write a review. I recently had a horrible experience that pushed me to finally review this dump. I only go for takeout because it around the corner. Almost every time my simple order of a bowl of chili with extra onion is forgotten. How hard is it to put extra onion? Pure laziness or they just dont care. My main problem is my last experience that took place on 5/23/15. When I walked in to pick up my food I was immediately hit with a strong oder of garbage. It smelled like spoiled food in a dumpster. I will remind you that this smell was inside of unos. It was late and the place was practically empty of customers so maybe they were getting ready to take out the garbage. I can understand that. Heres the problem. The host comes up to serve me. She was nice and said hi and the usual as I did to her. Following, I said it smells real funny in here. She rolls her eyes and said maybe its you. I laughed it off but after I felt extremely disrespected because I was trying to help. There was no need for such a comment. I still have the receipt with her on it. Im very busy but I will be calling to speak with management about my experience. I will never return because of her. My grandmothers church has huge groups that go and eat here and I will make sure they dont ever again. Poor service and disrespectful host that should be fired immediately. Zero stars

Staff is untrained about what types of beer they have. There are two different menus with totally different beer choices and half the time they are out of what we want. The food is usually pretty good especially the nachos although last week or so we ego the nachos and opted to get guacamole at an additional charge. The nachos come out minus the guac because as we were told they ran out but were making more and would be right out. At least 10 minutes later the guac comes out but we had already eaten the nachos, I mean who wants cold cheese and beans? So the server said " Boy you guys must REALLY like those!" Which I felt she was implying we were greedy pigs. I thought " No honey we waited and you were extremely slow bringing it out". When we got our bill ( minus a pen to give our donation for credit card ) we were indeed charged for the guacamole and when brought to the servers attention he stated that it was included. After some deliberation he went back to the computer and managed to take it off. He brings back the check again minus a pen. At that point we were really ticked off. The service is severely lacking. They (female mgr) just seat whoever not asking who was there first. It will be a long while before we go back there again.

I would love if there was a zero star option but there isnt. The food took forever we saw are waitress 3 times within an hour and a half and on top of that are waitress completely lied to me us about the size of the pizza. She kept giving us dirty looks as if she couldnt be bothered to serve us excuse but thats your job. I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a restaurant I was astonished on how bad the quality of service was and the food. I ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese EXTRA which apparently means nothing to them they put maybe 5 pepperoni slices on a 7 inch pizza, and the pricing get ready to sell a kidney for a beer which cost $6.00 and it wasnt even a craft beer or anything just a budlight. In other words let me get this straight UNOs you are going to charge me 50% of the cost of my food for one beer, UNOs your name says it all ONE in Spanish because thats what your restaurant provides one star service.

My boyfriend and I went there last night around 930, unos was always a place i loved because of their pasta dishes...now that I have celiacs disease I immediately looked at the gluten free menu (decent options which I was surprised about) but felt good knowing they had that. Anyways, I ended up ordering a classic 6 oz sirloin with a side of mashed potatoes, my boyfriend ordered a broccoli cheddar soup & turkey bacon avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries. The waitress very nice but as soon as the food came out we both looked shocked. My steak did not look like real meat at all, I took about two bites of the mashed potatoes and instantly was sick. My boyfriend ate his soup and felt sick right after that, which lead to him only having one bite of the sandwich he ordered. $50 for food poisoning and not a satisfying meal at all. Dissappointed really.

Considering my wife is from the Midwest, she really wanted Chicago style pizza. Her and myself both heard not so great things about this place; then we heard it was under new management and staff so we figured we would give it a try. Here is the verdict: It was a very pleasant atmosphere, wonderful wait staff and the food was great. My wife was very pleased (and she isnt the easiest person to please lmao) with the pizza and said it reminds her of home. We actually went twice and we were very pleased to see that there was a consistency to the food, service, and the final product. We do plan on going back many more times. I understand that people arent always satisfied but sometimes you just have to take a chance and see how the changes work out!
