When: last night With who: my friend celebrating his birthday Things I left there at 2am: hat, phone, backpack I love this place. Low lights, low music, awesome locals, great bartenders. Last night, my friend wanted a low-key bar to celebrate his birthday and this is where we decided to start. And end. We stayed for many hours, getting to know the regulars and bartenders, and taking birthday-related shots. Upon waking up this morning we realized we left many things there. While we purchased Gatorades at the deli next door, the owner of the deli mentioned that Bar Sepia may not be open for a while, but he had the owners phone number and suggested we text her. Oddly enough, we did. The owner responded immediately and said shed be right over. Soon enough, she came by and opened up to reveal many of our belongings! What a great community and bar. Support this local business; take shots are Bar Sepia.

Service was weird. Didnt enjoy one of the bartenders who was very rude. She wouldnt answer questions about the meat platter proclaiming that she was vegan and didnt really know or care about it. That wasnt very helpful at all. If you work somewhere it would behoove you to know a little about what was being served. While the food was tasty, I also felt that it was over priced for the quality.

Hey, if you ever leave any thing unattended anywhere in this bar make sure you photographic proof other the you will be challenged to prove you were ever born. Yeah, that cozy american environment this little bar provides. American, and you better get a gun to make a point to the manager in charge. One star, only because its not possible to give less than that.... Dont forget your gun.

Excellent cozy spot that makes you feel really comfortable as soon as you walk in. Well made drinks and friendly service. Theres also a great backyard and for bigger events, they throw on the TV and its a group affair. Trivia nights are on Tuesdays and they have a great slate of DJs on Saturday nights. Come through and come often.

This bar is everything. Its cozy its comfortable it has great music which is not too loud will you cant hear yourself think or the next person talk to you its at the right level the bartenders are very friendly. The drinks are amazing I recommend the Moscow mule. I honestly dont go to any other bar but this one

Nice beer and wine selection. Very cozy and comfortable place to visit. Loved the veggie handpie and baked Brie. Also, affordable less pretentious compared to some others nearby on Washington. Highly recommended.

This is a great little spot. No televisions, regular events in the back, a backyard and friendly bartenders. Close in proximity to Grand Army Plaza and the beers on tap are usually of quality.

Cozy and friendly bar. Great lighting and reminded me of places I would stumble into while backpacking in Europe for some reason. Smelled like curry and mulled wine, but Im not complaining!

Excellent bar to just stop in and hang out with some friends. Bartenders are very attentive and the setup is very nice. The backyard area is a nice place to hangout in warmer weather too.

Tasty bar bites and yummy cocktails. Service was friendly and clientele diverse. Overall, fun spot to grab a drink or two, but the drink list is a bit overpriced for this neighborhood.

The go to place if you want a quaint but cool vibe .... The owner Delissa is absolutely Amazing. Havent gotten a chance to eat there yet but it always smells soooooooooo good.
