Rented the VIP for my fiancée birthday. The person who rented it to me was very nice. Really professional. But when we got there we were treated like regular patrons. The birthday guy came and I went to the door and right away the guy at the door was being rude as ever. Not only that he was rude to me when I walked in. Im not sure if it was mis communication, but he was nasty. Then the food was ok but extremely salty. Glasses were falling into the VIP section. No one came to get the glasses. Hookah was good but no one came to replenish them. Then the staff at the door I asked them about my guy coming in and she shrugged her shoulders saying she didnt know. Seems like the employees are lost. Waste of time and money. If they treat customers like that I wont be going back.
